11 | chaper 11

Izumi's P.O.V

It's Monday now Sunday I just stayed in my room and slept. I guess helping Yui really tired me out. School was normal and Yui told Anne she got an A+ on her project. She didn't win first place but she won second. So that's good enough. I finish my homework and assignments in my classes. I did went to the music room to see Shu. But I still felt kinda uncomfortable and weird around him. So I fiddling the around the whole time. Shu sadly notice and told me to stop.

From hearing his voice I didn't stop it just made it worst. He asked me if there was something wrong. Seeing that he was worried I completely lost it. My plans were sweaty and I just shake my head slowly. He didn't ask and questions further since the bell rang. I said my fellow goodbyes quickly and ran away. Stumbling half the time of my clumsy. School ended fast somehow. This was a very fast day but we're going to the masquerade ball today.
The brothers bought umbrellas except for me and Yui.

So she shared with Ayato and I shared with Laito. He was shocked yet happy that scooted towards him. Even though he whispered sexual comments in my ear. It was better that being next to Shu. I just need to keep my distance from him. Then I could lose every affection for him right?

"Hey Mouse-chan your staring at Shu" Laito said sending a nudge on my shoulder. I jump a little and looked away. "No I wasn't" I said. With a furrowed eyebrows and a pout which made Laito smirk. "It's okay Mouse-chan I won't tell him" He said with a deep chuckle. I sigh gently and crossed my arms.
"Say Laito,do you very get along with your brothers?" I question changing the subject. "No I only get along with Ayato. Me,Ayato,and Kanato are triplets. Shu and Reiji are brothers lastly Subaru was born the only child" he said. I nodded my head in respond.

We enter inside the house since we were walking towards the door way. He then closed the umbrella and put it away. "Well goodbye Mouse-chan" he said with a smirk and rubbed the top of my head. I sigh "yes see you then Laito" I mumble. He slightly laughed and walked away. I breath out and walked away towards my room. After and hour of thinking to myself. Someone knocked on my door,"c-come in" I said stuttering a bit. The door opened slightly revealing Reiji.

He enter inside with a dress? A silver one and shoes. "W-what are you doing?" I question with a face of confusion. He sighed in annoyance "please don't tell you forgotten" he says. "No I didn't! But why a gown?" I replied quickly.

"You need to wear one,I brought your gown and shoes. You just need to do your hair and makeup by yourself" he said. Whiling placing down my things and exiting. I need to wear high heels?! It's been ages since wearer heels not been to a party.
Oh well I'll tell Yui to do my hair and makeup since she was good at it. The dress is silver but with a tad of glitter on top. I had no shoulder straps so my shoulder were gonna be shown. The shoes were all painted glitter hurting my eyes from the shimmer it made. There like 2inches long! I don't even think I could walk in them.

"Let me try" I mumble putting on my heels taking off my flats. I also took off my stockings and put them on. Once I did I stood up and starting to walking. At first I was wobbling I then took step my step. 'Left right left right' I repeated moving my movements. Hey am actually getting the hang of this.

"What on earth are doing?" Someone questioned making me jump. I lost my balance an fell towards the floor. With my knee hitting the floor making a loud thud. I wince from the fraction of the sting I looked up from the floor and see Shu. I gulp strands of hair falling on my hair. I turned away from him "I was trying to walk in heels" I said with a pout. He just chuckled. "Hey don't laugh" I said facing him with a glare.

He stop his laughing and I stop my glare I sent him a 'hmph' and got up. I then felt cold hands in my own. I my eyes grew,I looked up and see Shu looking at me. Well in his normal scary face that makes me get goosebumps. "Umm what are you d-"

"Am helping you so you won't make a fool out of yourself when we go to the Ball" he said. I just nodded with an unsure expression. His hands are so cold compare to mine. He helped me a bit. I got the hang of it but he still continued. I accidentally went between his feet making me lose half balance. Squeezing his hands feeling my knees go limp. He caught but i made him fall also. Making me hit his chest with my head and falling backwards.
Us falling making a hud from the impact and I got up. Putting each of my arms to the side of his head.

My hair falling to the each side of my face and  my legs almost straddling him. I completely felt my face grow red. His eyes locked on my eyes making me feel pressured. The door open with a click.
Making me jump backwards and my back hitting the floor. The door opened to reveal Yui seeing the situation were in.

Both of us on the floor and are eyes looking up the ceiling. I gulp and quickly scatter up fixing my clothing. "What happen?" She question with a shocked face. Shu also got up with a normal face. "Um Shu here tried to help me with walking but I accidentally made him fall. But then I fell also making us both collapse" I said telling half the truth.

She just nodded not giving me any questions "okay,Shu can you leave now please it's about night I need to tell Izumi something" She said with a smile. He nodded and left rubbing the back of his neck.
"So what do you need Yui" I stated taking off the heels I had on the whole time. "Am gonna help you put on your dress. I'll do your ahir and makeup" she said cheerfully. I just nodded with an eye smile

~time skip~

"You look...beautiful!" Yui said with a bright smile hugging me. Tightly. She already has her dress on which was pink. It has glitter on the top but not on the layers. She has her hair up in a bun somehow. She also has pink eye shadow and eyeliner kinda like mine. Mine is gray and my bangs are tied up. Behind my head a little bit of my short bangs in front.

My dress feels kinda tight right now but am sure I'll get used to it. I have two little strips that hold my dress. Yui and I are done getting ready so we head towards the entrance. To meet the others.
