Chapter 35 : Your Out of Place

"Kim Rae Seok's Pov"

Sehun and I went to Mr. Stefan's room.

My mind went half blank and half scared. Imagine what's Sehun is thinking? It's his dad, and with me coming back ... Why do I always come back at the wrong time!!! I was frustrated with myself.

"Are you ok? You have a worried look on your face," he said as he looked down on me because I'm shorter than him.

"Me? I should be asking you that," shocked that he asked me that, I replied with a nervous tone.

We got into the room and Mr. Stefan has a brighten look on his face. I am so relieved he didn't passed out forever.

"Kim! You didn't have to do this," Mr. Stefan smiled at me.

"Are you kidding me? You are in trouble, and your health is what most important right now," I helped him sit up.

"When did you get here?" he asked. I gave him a cup of water, as I sat down.

"uh.. Last night. But its ok, because you are up now.." I replied.

"With Sehun? " his face expressioned changed.

"Sehun? How did you know? I thought you were still unconcious?" I questioned Mr. Seok, since I thought he was still out at that time.

"Dad--" Sehun pretend to choke.

"Well anywho.. Are you feeling better? What did the doctor said?" I asked worriedly.

"I'm atleast still breathing.." he had smile on his face, even though he knew he was going to die soon or later.

"I'm sorry Mr. Stefan, I couldn't do anything to help you in this situation.." I felt so bad.

"It's not your fault. I'm old now and it's just time that I will go soon. But I do have something to give you." He replied.

Another random dude that was in a vest, walked in the room. He looks like a lawyer. I looked at Sehun, but he seems shook also.

"Sehun can you leave me to talk with Kim for a minute in private?" Sehun agrees and walked out the room, still looking confused. When the door open, I saw two bodyguards standing at the door.

"Ohh.. is something wrong? Why can't he be in here?" I asked out of curiosity.

"I would you like you to meet my family's lawyer. His name is Mr. Jun. He is here today to help me out. No matter you hate what I have to give you, you can not refuse." He introduced us to each other.

That's why Sehun was shook, it was his family's lawyer. What's about to happen?

"Mr. Stefan, Please don't give me anything.. You have already gave me so much, and I'm already grateful for it. I can't repay you enough for your kindness." I begged.

"I want you to promise me, that you will accept this gift no matter what. Before I die, you have to agree its for my sake." He firmly stated to that.

"Mr. Stefan.. why are you using that excuse--" I whined.

"So you accept my gift alright that is settled." He laughed.

The lawyer placed his suitcase on the table. He pulled out a file.

A file? What file? Is this about the adoption thing? I thought I ended this thing years ago?..

"The reason why Sehun is outside, because this is my family inheritance file. He can't know about until the family is being told what or how much they will get. You on the other hand is not in my family biologically. I wanted to give this gift, before I pass away. And thank the heavens, that I meet you before this happens. Mr. Jun is here to be my representative and evidence this paper was signed. Out of all the dividing and spilting up the inheritance to my family, I want to give you a sum of this much --" he let me look at the price that was printed on the paper.
