Chapter 37: The Secret...

"Sehun's pov"

It has been a month so far that we have lost our father. The family's lawyer came to our home the other day and told us what were spilt and divided money/ land wise. There's one part left the lawyer didn't mention to my family.

It's what my father and the lawyer agreed to Kim Rae Seok. What's was the deal? A secret. He didn't want to say anything else to us, because everytime we tried to ask he said "I'm sorry, I am only allowed to tell you that much information."

This makes me go mad. What did dad seriously promise?? A land? A building? A house? Money? What could possibly be behind that secret?

After that meeting and thinking, I couldn't keep that secret any longer.
I pulled Luhan aside and talked to him.

"What's wrong?" He said.

"I haven't told anyone this but I need to tell someone about this matter." I started.

"Why? What is it?" He questioned.

"I was there at the hospital before he passed away. He called Kim Rae Seok in his room along with our family's lawyer. I have no clue what they talked about but there was bodyguards at the door." I explained.

"Where were you?" He asked.

"I was outside of the room, since I wasn't allowed to be in the room" I replied.

" That's sounds offly strange. What do you think the lawyer has to be in there for? Would it be inheritence?" Luhan suggested.

"I guess.. The lawyer won't tell me anything and it makes me mad. Only one person knows about this.. Kim." I replied.

"Under the laws, there's also mom that knows about this. I don't know if mom will tell us though." He thought of our parents rule. My mom gets to know
what my dad does when it comes to money or business wise. They really trust each other.

"I'm going to try figure what they're hiding. Make sure this secret doesn't get exposed." I told him to be quiet about it since our family will surely lose our head over this.

"To bad, I heard it all," we heard a voice as I looked up at the flight of stairs. It was Kyungsoo hyung.. oh my..

"Hyung..." me and Luhan in a fusion.

"If it's something like that important, why won't you tell he whole family?" Kyungsoo asked.

"We were planning to find out what dad and the lawyer talked about to kim." I replied. I was so close to keep this a secret.

"Hyung can you not tell anyone about this is yet.." I begged.

He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

"Kai's pov"

Just as we all were dismissed from the family meeting with our family's lawyer, I went to the kitchen to find food.

Just as I open the refrigerator door, I step on something sharp.

"Ouch!!" I checked my my leg.

Something must be been broken, because there was broken piece of glass on the floor. It ended up piercing the bottom of my foot and ahhh it hurts.

I used a napkin to aid the blood for now, the aid kit was upstairs. I slowly dragged myself to the stairs.

But I suddenly stop when I saw Luhan and Sehun had a quiet conversation.

Am I nosy? I couldn't help it because I heard the word "lawyer" at the hospital when my father was still alive.

I ended up over hearing the whole thing and I backed away from the stairs. I got back to the kitchen. I literally don't want to drawn blood everywhere in the house.
