Chapter 11

Chapter 11:

P.O.V Gray

I look around and my eyes stop on the sexiest girl I have ever seen...

Juvia had a light blue dress, with a bow at the back, black heels, simple yet sexy. Her hair sat on her shoulders nicely, outlining her face, she had a thin line of eyeliner, making her eyes stand out.

I couldn't take my eyes off her.

She walked up to me and I stood up smiling.
"You look great." Really? Is that all I could say to her? She looks STUNNING! I could say so much to her yet the words wouldn't come out. They were stuck at the back of my throat. I guess I just don't want to overdo it and sound weird.

She blushed slightly. "Really? Juvia thinks Gray-sama looks much better." she fidgeted on the spot.

"shall we go?" I ask, holding out my hand to her.
She takes my hand without hesitation. We walk through the festival and look at every single stall. We played all the different games and I won her a stuffed animal, a dolphin to relate to her magic, water. We got loads of different foods, candy floss, candy apple, burgers, chocolate and hot dogs. So much for being healthy.

Hours went by and it was finally time for the fireworks display. We found a seat in a deserted field, and it had a clear view of the clear night sky which was soon going to explode with colours. We sat next to each other in silence. Maybe now is a good time to give her the surprise...

I dig into my pocket trying to find the gift. My hand grabs ahold of the small box. I turn to face Juvia and she notices the box in my hand, a confused look crosses her face. I put it in her hand and tell her, "open it."

P.O.V Juvia

Gray-sama handed Juvia a small blue box, with a small ribbon, a lighter blue than the box. Gray-sama says, "open it." Juvia can hear the excitement in his voice.

Juvia holds the box and slowly and carefully unravels the ribbon, and takes the lid off of the box. There sat neatly in the box, was a beautiful bracelet. It had charms all around it. A dolphin , an ocean wave, a tear drop and a blue heart.

"the dolphin stands for your liveliness, the blue heart stands for the happy feelings you will feel, the ocean wave stands for your magic, the battles you will have to face, the tear drop stands for the tears you will shed and finally..." Gray-sama made, in the palm of his hand, another charm made of ice, the fairy tail sign, "... And this stands for our guild." Gray-sama clipped the charm onto the bracelet. "it also has something special to it. It is unbreakable. The only way it can break is if I don't love you anymore and I guarantee that, that charm will never break."

P.O.V Gray

She was speechless.

Tears brimmed her eyes and she smiled, "Juvia is so happy." She leans forward and we kiss. A long lingering kiss. In the background, fireworks were going off, we slowly parted and watched them together. Her head on my shoulder, with my head leaning onto of hers. It was a perfect ending....
