A/N: Guessing from the title, shiz is gonna fall down--

"What do you think it means?"

"Hell if I know. You're the expert. Why are you asking me?"

"I wasn't asking you."

"Guys please," Alex sighed. The next morning, they found a note at Steve's doorstep and took it to Alex. They had been in the library for two hours, trying to fing handbooks on the letter's language. Analyn and Leika occasionally argued, which sometimes lead to a catfight. But not really serious though.

Amelia was running around the place, bumping and stumbling into things. Her high pitched squeals filled the silent room.

"Does she never run out of energy?" Alex asked, an eyebrow raised. Steve shook his head slowly. "Yeah...she's always...energetic I guess."

"By energetic you mean causing trouble to erupt everywhere, then yes." Leika stated, her red eyes focused on a book. The table was piled with books as they desperately tried to find a dictionary of some kind. Amelia walked over to them. "What'cha guys looking for?" She asked them, peering over Analyn's shoulders.

Language of the Unknown

Amelia found it quite interesting, but she knew that after the second page, she couldn't get through without getting bored. But this was different. "Hey, can I check that cool book out? Pretty please?" Amelia asked, making sure to hide her true intentions. Leika raised an eyebrow. "Huh. That's new." She mutttered, looking at Amelia.

Analyn smiled and handed her the book. "Sure! It's really informative. It tells you about some mob words, oh! Don't forget pig language!" Analyn rambled on. Steve couldn't stop himself staring at her. She just seemed so attention-catching whenever she was confident about something, especially her when stating her knowledge on most things. Steve found it...attractive in a way.

Alex noticed Steve staring at something with great interest. She was confused at first, but then she followed Steve's gaze. Alex smirked. "Hey Steve, priorities much?" She giggled. Steve stopped looking at Analyn and turned to Alex with a blush on his face. "H-huh? What are you talking about?" He asked, trying to be oblivious.

Well, Analyn had found him staring at her and she couldn't help but blush at the thought. 'He stared at me! His eyes! Oh those blue eyes...' Analyn stared of into distance, trapped in her daydream. Leika snorted beside her. Analyn looked at her. "What?" She asked. "Nothing." Leika said, trying to conceal her laughter.

'Lovebirds.' Alex and Leika thought at the same time.

Amelia was long gone, who escaped through the door while they were busy staring at each other in weird ways. Of course Amelia knew about Analyn and Steve's feelings. She had shipped them both ever since.

She squealed internally. "I need to take pictures of them on dates!!" She whispered to herself, giggling.

Amelia reached her room and closed the door from behind. She sat on her chair and placed the book on the oak wood desk. Her expression turned serious as she opened the musty cover.

Somtimes, we need to venture past
our limits and step outside the
boundary.

Amelia started scanning and took notes on the book's information. It greatly intruiged her. "There's a pig language!" She said excitedly and giddily looked for Hank. "Hank! C'mere boy!" She called to him. The pig lazily shambles to her, his eyes drooping. He oinked at her, as if saying, "what do you want?"

"I found your language!" She shoved the book in Hank's face, startling him a bit. He oinked, confused. Amelia mentally slapped herself. 'Pigs can't read! Ugh! I'm soooo stupid!' She giggled to herself.

Afterwards, she focused on what she was reading, unaware of the shadows behind her.

"It's the perfect time to attack." A shadow whispered, hidden well behind the trees and bushes. "Wait, you idiot." Another shadow hissed.

"We've literally been waiting for two goddamned hours!! I really want some bloodshed right now!"

"Stop complaining." The other shadow snapped, his void-like eyes seeming to glow red. "Besides, we'd get a good reward if we do this right."

"Fine." The shadow who complained spat.

When night had fallen and most people had gone to sleep, Amelia prepared to execute her plan. She had been careful enough to avoid the others and put a sign on her door, KEEP OUT. HANK DOESN'T WANT PEOPLE IN OUR ROOM. (IM SORRY, FOGIVE ME) -AMELIA (PS. I'M ALSO BUSY)

It was a horrible idea but Amelia already did the first part. She couldn't waste it.

Her things had already been packed into a leather bag. She had a sleeping bag, food, healing potions, and a few golden apples in case of an emergency. Amelia strapped an bow behind her, along with a bag of arrows (bringing a bow and an arrow when you don't know how to use them–why not?).

Hank oinked worriedly. Amelia smiled sadly at him. "I'll be back, Hank. Don't worry. Once I find who's threathing to hurt innocent lives, I'll come back." She reassured him. But Hank ran to her side, nuzzling her bandaged thigh which felt a bit better.

"You...want to come with me?" She asked her pet pig. Hank nodded, and gestured to a bag of carrots. Amelia laughed quietly to herself. "Of course you'd want snacks."

She slung the bag around Hank, and when she was finished, she made sure her boots were on tightly. She saw her scarf  in a hanger. She reached for a soft long stripe of fabric and wrapped it around her neck. Amelia had a feeling she was going to need protection and guts for her plan to work.

She didn't have most of those but she did had one thing: Determination. And she was going to use it for a cause. A stupid one.

Amelia glided gracefully through the shadows, her eyes twinkling like that of a cat's. In her hand, a new polished iron sword gleamed. Hank followed silently behind her, careful not to oink without any warning.

Moments later, they stood before the entrance to Valora. Amelia sucked in her breath. 'Do it. Do it for the safety of your loved ones and the innocent people in this village, where their lives are at stake.' A voice whispered in her head, but it sounded off. As if the one whispering spited what they were saying.

Without wasting any second, Amelia stepped out of the safe aura of the village and into the darkness of the forest. Meanwhile, someone had woken up from their nightmare which had unknowingly came true.
