I sat in my old room, at my old house, there was so many memories here, lies also. I was waiting for Lana to come. That girl was never on time, she would be late to her own funeral. I got up of the old bed, this was place was pretty old which made me look at myself, I may look 12, when in actual fact I was 112. I decided to leave my room, I walked around a bit, until I got to a part of the castle I had never been allowed to go into before. I looked at the wooden door blocking my path. I put my pale hand to the door, part of me wanted to open it to see what was inside, and other part was screaming out NOOOOO!
I pulled my hand away from the door.
"do you remember father yelling at us if we even went near this door" I heard Lana voice say and then she appeared next to.
"his voice is still ringing in my ears, that's how well I remember it" I said
"well it's a good thing his not here to tell us no" Lana said opening the door, she stepped inside, I just waiting on the other side, I felt like if I stepped over to the other side, I would be doing something wrong.
"come on Gab" Lana said pulling me inside.
At first the room was dark, then Lana clapped her hands twice and the candles lit themselves, and everything became clearer.
"what is this place?" I said
"Father's lab, study whatever you wanta call it" Lana said
I looked at the dozen and dozen of bookcases, I brushed my hand against one of the books and cobwebs and dust came off in my hand.
"this place needs to be cleaned" I said picking up at book
"yea, it is pretty bad, since nobody has been here in a few 100 years" Lana laughed
I smiled and opened the book, but it had no words in it.
"Lana there's no words in this book" I said, Lana walked over and looked at the page she looked as confused as me.
"there must be a spell on it" she said
"must" I said closing it.
"If Dany were here she would know the spell to use" she said
"thanks" I said
"well, I could bring both of you here,plus Dany is busy" Lana said
"you mean she is with Mary" I said putting the book back in it's place.
"no actually...I don't know where she is, but I know she's not with Mary because I was there earlier today" she said
"should we be worried?" I asked
"Dany will be fine, she always is" Lana said
"what's that suppose to mean?" I asked
"Dany may be an idiot when it comes to relationships, but when she a genuis when it comes to...well other things" Lana said with a smile
"what does that even mean?" I said
"you'll understand someday, you just don't know Dany well enough" Lana said
"Yea I guess so" I said sitting down at a table in the middle of the room, Lana did too.
"so what's the plan?" I asked
"Well somehow we have to get Dany to come in here, she needs to find this" Lana said pulling out an old piece of paper out of her pocket.
"what is it?" I asked
"a map" Lana said opening it up, "it will lead her to the tomb of our father"
"I'm sorry what?" I said
