I need to make a plan to get supplies at the cornucopia. But how? the careers will be camping out and staying there during the whole games. Selfish slobs those careers are, I'm sure if anyone in this arena had the chance to get the training like them that they would do it.

The sun began to sink into the horizon and I realized that I had been thinking for hours.

Later it had been blindingly dark for hours. For the stars shine a faint light down to the Earth that shoe little to no light at all. I realized that I needed to get up and make a decision: stay here and starve, or sneak to the cornucopia and get anything to help me survive. Including the spears. I decided to go and leave now for the cornucopia before the sun rises so the careers will not wake up. I took about a mile jog until I reach the clearing. I see all the careers asleep, snuggling up with there weapons in their hands. I begin to quietly tiptoe to the cornucopia.

I then reach the mouth and grab two backpacks. Suddenly I accidentally kick a flask and awake Green, the male tribute from District two. I sneak down behind a crate and wait for him to realize that it was nothing and go back to sleep. But he didn't. He began to stay awake, paranoid of getting killed.

I see a spear lying next to me and decide to ever so quietly grab it. I glance over and see the spears I was heading for this afternoon in the beginning of the games. I plot out my next move. Should I grab them or just kill Green and run. I felt as if something else was picking me up and making me stand. I realize that it's me and Green turns over. He sees me and grabs his black machete and ran towards me. I panick and throw my spear, thus landing in his neck. I sprint away like I had never before in my entire life. I hear a scream of anger as the cannon boomed and the picture of Green was projected into the sky.
