Diamonds pov,

The sky was bright blue with clouds floating softly around, the new season smell was out and the trees were going back to their natural colors. The grass was alive everything was blooming. I love spring, it was the happiness season of all, the wind was blowing in my face as I had my head out the window leaning on it with my hand out doing wave moments as the car drove at its normal pace, 'you ready dear?' My mom asked me, I smiled and mumbled a 'yes' focusing back outside of the window, let me just give a quick explanation of what's going on shall I?, college was over finally, I'm finally free from all the drama, work, stress. I was relieved, but now it was time to grown up, my mother offered me to work with her and of course I wouldn't deny it, for one I loved being with my mom, we were so much alike, and also the pay isn't that bad either, wink ;) but my one worry was, well, my mother works in a mental hospital. Shady acres. It has a nice name to it for a metal hospital don't you think?

But anyways, that's where we're heading, 'almost there!' My mother encourage with an exciting smile on her face, a chuckled at her excitement, 'OW!' I yelped, I pulled my hand back in the car seeing a long scratch on the back of my hand, 'ow..' I whimpered when I touched it, 'oh honey close the windows! We have to get threw the forest to get there.' My mom said, I clicked the button to close the window but shock when I look out, dark, it was all dark, how?? well there was still sun but it was on top of the trees the trees had lots of branches and leafs that it was blocking the sunlike out from under them, it looked..scary. There wasn't any grass just dirt. And even dead animals on the road, there was only one street, 'don't worry hunny we'll get that patched up when we get there' my mom said, 'why is it all back here?' I asked, it was scary, like in a horror movie.

'Well in case any f the patients sneak out, we keep them far from harming people,' 'their capable of breaking out?!' I said loud, 'no i mean, if they ever find a way to..which is rarely ' she said waving a hand at the end, I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding, it kinda scares me of what the people In there could do, I mean there just crazy people right? Just imagining things that aren't really there I'm sure, and bad childhoods. 'We're here ' my mom smiled. 'You ready for work?!' She cheered, I laughed lightly and nodded. I looked out the front window and I swear my mouth was hung open to my lap, it looked like there was buildings on top of buildings!, this hospital was huge! Not like others at all, there were bars on every window, gates around the hospital that look as if you touch it it would make a bigger scratch then I got on my hand.

'Well, come on!' My mother said opening her car door side, hesitantly pulling my door open I walked up the stares to the front doors, when we walked threw the revolving doors the strong smell of hospital was what I thought first of, then the many nurses and doctors walking by, we walked to the huge desk and while my mom was talking about me being new here while I focused on the hospital, looks like a normal hospital, Radom pictures on walls, a little waiting room, but the room was just so huge! 'Come on dear I'll show you where you head to when you get here' an old lady said, she seemed like a nice sweet lady, wonder what she's doing working in a mental hospital? 'Honey I'll come get you at 12:00 for lunch' my mother said, taking a different direction to where I was going, I waved and said bye and walked with the lady, we went to the elevator and the pressed the clear button. There was 10 Flores and I watched as the light switch from D10 to D1 as the elevator made it's was down to the first

When the doors open a couple people walked out, we walked in and she pressed D6. Waiting for a minute the doors open to three direction halls. She guided me to the left one, as we passed there were just hospital chairs and beds and more desk people, there were rooms with patients, I was eager to look as we passed by the doors, I guess the lady noticed because she chuckled, 'these are same patients, as in they aren't that really mental as the others on to top floors,' she said, I nodded. It took about two more minutes and then she brought me to this office with stocks and stocks of pills and medications, almost like how schools library bookstore shelves are. 'ok, sot his will be where you come to when you come to work.' She explained to me everything, the pill bottles had the patients room number and name and how much they should take of it. Easy right? Piece of cake. 'Ok I'll have you on your way now, if you need anything else my desk is right out front, happy first day !' She said, I thanked her and started supplies the people who need there pills for the day.🔸🔸🔸

DING. The elevator went off again hearing it for the 100th time today, god my job sucks, it's harder then I thought, all I do is row the carrier with tons of bottles door to door, I just got back from lunch with my mom, there's 4 letter floors that go up to 50' I finished, D,C,B and now on my way to e A floors which is all the way at the top of the hospital. I walked up to the desk. 'Hi, can I get the room numbers I need to visit to deliver these pills to?' I asked the lady upfront. She smiled and grabbed the paper out of a folder and handed to me. 'Here you go' she smiled, 'thanks' I mumbled. I rowed threw the halls stoping to see the room number, A010, A014, A004, and A001. I was noticing the amount of pills the needed and what caught my eyes was the amounts of medicines I needed for A001, damn?? They need like 5 bottles of medicine and 3 shots.

I just shrugged it off and rowed to the floors in order. £££ I huffed tired and annoyed, I'm so tired, I walked for like awhile 3 hours with no break, well from lunch. I knocked on A004, a man opened it, the patients doctor obviously, 'hello' he smile, he was really cute.. I mean everyone else was old and stuff but he was young, he looked really buff, and had brown ruffled hair and a pretty nice face. 'Um..uh I have the medicine.' I said, he smiled, and nodded. 'Thank you are you new here?' He asked, 'yup' I hesitated, then all I hear is a screashing scream, as if someone was in pain. I looked in the back of him seeing a man handcuffed to the wall, 'what's going on!?' I said worried. 'Oh no don't worry, this man has Klazomania, he shouts a lot.' He said, I looked back, he was shaking and staring at the wall, I just nodded. 'Are you done for the day?' He said, changing the subject

I handed him the paper, 'I only have one room left' I said guessing he wants to know the room number. 'Room A001' I said, and then checked off this room number, I looked up at him seeing his face go pale and eyes wide, I gave him a confused look? 'Are you aligh-' 'be carful up there!' He said cutting me off, '..I have to..um how come?' I asked, 'that man is dangerous..he's went threw worst then anyone out of the whole hospital, he will do anything to get out of that room and kill, kill kill KILL! That's all he ever wants!' He said, I started backing away frightened, I guess he noticed because his face went back to sorrow, 'um, ah..sorry, I got a little over reacted,' he said, giving me a sympathy smile. I nodded, 'ok..' I said, 'ill..be on my way,' I said, I looked forward but it was just a dead end? 'Wheres -uh- the room? It should be on this floor?' I asked. 'Um, that's at the top floor so you uh, gotta take the elevator

I nodded, I thanked him and went on my way, walked in the elevator and gave the doctor a wave when I walked on, I looked at the buttons and saw the top one, but the light was dimming and all scratchy. I pressed it and waited patiently. When it dinged and the doors opened I was ready to quickly press another button, the hall was only one lead too, the walls were dirty no windows and a light that was barley bright, calm down diamond, this hospital is full of people, it's okay, I thought. I hesitated but walked off the elevator and started walked down the hall. I wanted to get the hell out of here so I hurried, I followed the hall and there was a door, a huge metal door. It had locks around it, looked around 12? 'Hello?' I whispered, I heard something shuffle the door, I grabbed the bottles and to the door.. I slowly took my steps there was a square little window that was on the door to look inside of, 'hello-' 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?.
