Am I trapped underground?

Can you hear a sound?
For so long it has been difficult for me
Because breathing isn't quite easy.
I always wondered how they could breathe.
They tend to be so calm and free, But with me...
I feel unstable.
I feel like there is something wrong with me.
But I know it to.
I can't breathe..
Am trapped within the sea?
