Amanda's POV: I can't believe Michael is here helping Louis and I. The last time I saw him, he was nearly killed by my father. I thought we'd never see each other again; and yet here he is. Here I am. In his truck.

I hear Louis groan in pain, bringing me from my thoughts. "How much longer to the hospital? I feel like I'm going to bleed out."

Michael turns to me and says, "We should be there in a few minutes. Just keep pressing the cloth against his wound." As he looks into my eyes briefly, it feels as if we were never apart. As if we're back where we left off. I can't help but smile as I reminisce about the day we met.

Then I remember Louis. The man who I just met and have already begun to fall for. I feel tears fill my eyes as I quietly sob.

Both Louis and Michael look at me and ask, "What's the matter, darling?", then turn to each other.

I sniffle as I say, "It's just... Michael, I still love you so much. And Louis, even though we just met less than a week ago, I've already begun to fall for you. I love you both with all my heart, but I don't know what to do. You are both suck amazing men."

I burst into tears as I collapse onto Louis' chest.

Michael glances at the two of us. "Amanda, I have always loved you and will always love you. But from what I saw when I picked you guys up, I can tell you've really fallen for him."

We pull up to the hospital right when I realize what my father did to Michael all those years ago. He broke him. Michael was absolutely in love with me, and my father's shoving him out of my life shattered his.

As I break from my thoughts, a nurse comes running over to the truck asking what happened.

Michael explains to her what happened with my father and that Louis was severely wounded. So she calls doctors over with a gurney and they take him inside.

The nurse, I believe her name is Nikki, asks me, "Are you alright? Do you need to be checked out too? Just to be on the safe side?"

I nod as Michael helps me out of the passenger seat. We go inside to the nearest room. Nikki checks my vital signs. My temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate.

She looks at me, concerned, after the last two. "Your blood pressure is really high, and so is your pulse. Your blood pressure is 175 over 120. That's really bad for someone as young as you. And your pulse is 75 beats a minute. Your heart shouldn't be going that fast. If you don't mind sweetie, can you please tell me what happened to you and your boyfriend?"

I shudder from fear and exhaustion before speaking. "It's a very long story, ma'am. And... I just don't think I can talk about it without sobbing again. I'm sorry."

"No need to be sorry, dear. I'll leave you two alone and the doctor will be in here in a few minutes." She looks at me with sympathy before walking out of the room.

Michael hugs me close to his body. "I'm sorry that all of this has happened to you and Louis in the past couple of days. If I never would have let your father do what he did to you and I that day, this might've never happened." I start to cry even harder when I realize that.

If Michael would have never left, I might've never met Louis or fallen in love with him. We would still be happy and together. But because my father has always controlled my life, we aren't. And I will always hate him because of that.

Liam's POV:

My phone rings, showing Simon's name. When I answer, Simon tells me that Louis and Amanda have gone missing. And that Meghan's been hurt too. That her father and his friends may be behind it, but the police have no idea where he's taken them.
