"How did you know? What do you know about the Darkness? How did you basically know we were coming?" Luce asks.
Xur was dressed in a beige robe. His face completely unable to see. Glowing yellow eyes with seemed to be some sort of tentacles underneath his hood. He wore a large pack with him. Filled with the most exotic items. The symbol of the Nine was in the middle of his robe, in 3 smaller symbols.
"What do those 3 symbols mean?" Kaleka asks as she points at the middle of his robe.
".........." Xur remains silent.
"Okay guys enough questions, all of you shut up!" Jasper demands.
"You said it was only a matter of time for what? The Darkness?" Jasper asks.
"As you guardians should know, Darkness is the absolute opposite of Light. So it would make sense for it to be your ancient enemy." Xur explains in his distorted dark low voice.
"But, the Traveler has asked two secret groups to aid it when threatened. The Nine informed me when the Darkness revealed itself below the Traveler, on Earth."
"So it makes half-sense, The Nine is one of the groups. Do you know the other one?" Jasper asks.
"No, no i do not. I barely know The Nine myself." Xur replies.
"Well that makes zero sense. You are an Agent of The Nine how can you not know who they are? You had to have met them haven't you?" Jasper questions.
"No. I am one of the 4 Agents. We represent the Nine, and speak for them. Somehow we know exactly what to do. But we dont know how we are told to do so. Us 4 we're the first ones to complete The Nine's trials. That is why we were chosen. We were taken away. And were given the knowledge of The Nine. But that is all I can say. The Nine must speak for themselves. When it comes to them as a group at least." Xur explains as his arms shake intensely.
"Well. I guess this is all we have. We don't know who the other group is and we have only located one agent. Is there any more information you have for us? On what to do. Cause until now we are lost." Luce explains.
"You guardians are impatient. You must let me finish on what is next. The Darkness makes killers. Everything about them is the exact same as the Light and its guardians. So caution will be taken. I do not know who one of my fellow agents are. But I do know two that we have to contact. The Emissary will give us instructions on what to do. And The Protector will aid us in this task. We will go to the spire now." Xur mentions.
"Whoa wait! we are all confused! Who's the Emissary? Who is the protector? Why dont you know your fellow agent? What are you?" Zara asks in an aggressive tone.
"I am an Agent of The Nine. Lets go." Xur commands, as he walks out of the room and heads right.
The fireteam stands there in complete confusion. Not knowing whether to follow this stranger or not. Questioning everything.
"So, he just told us all this mystic stuff. In a small metal room on Titan. Completely visible not to mention." Kaleka points out.
"You do have a point Kaleka. This is completely out of the ordinary. Why tell us all that right after we lost a friend. Fought The Hive. And exhausted? Luce questions.
"Yeah, i dont believe any of it. I think this is a complete lie. A trap of some sort." Kaleka expresses.
"But, you guys do we have another lead? Do we have a choice? He did mention that the Nine do protect the Traveler, asked them help it. So what else do we do? I think we should follow him." Jasper explains.
