17 - Fall Out and Make Up

Ema's POV
The few days before we left were... interesting if you know what I mean. Currently, we were on our way home and I was kind of excited to see the boys again, but the alone time with Tobi was very nice.

We arrived back and I was greeted by a very excited Harry, as soon as we walked in, he grabbed my arm and pulled me to his room. "God Harry, it's good to see you too" I laughed. He sat down on his bed, "So it's pretty obvious what you two got up to while you were gone" he said winking at me, I felt heat rise to my cheeks, "Harry shut up" I said, trying to play it off, he chuckled, "Besides the dirty business, how was it?" He asked, I smiled. "It was good, just being us too and not getting interrupted. We went to a lot of cool places while we were there. But besides that, it was nice" I said to him, he smiled. "That's good, but now the important question, did you use protection" he said laughing, I rolled my eyes, "yes Harry, we did" I said chuckling, he laughed. "Alright, I'll let you get up to whatever now, good to have you back" he said, I smiled and walked out.

I went down to Simon's room and softly knocked on the door, "Yeah" I heard him says, I walked in and saw him and Tegan, "Hey, just came to let you know we're back" I said to him, he smiled, "So how was it?" He asked, I smiled. "It was good, the center of London is actually really nice" I said to him, he nodded. "Yeah it is" he said, "how have you been Tegan?" I asked politely, she looked up at me, "been good, been busy" she said, I nodded, "why have you been so busy?" I asked out of curiosity, "non of your business" she said rudely, I nodded, "Alright, fair enough. Well it's always a pleasure seeing you Tegan" I said sarcastically, "we can talk more later" Simon said, I nodded and walked out. I walked through the hall and saw Josh's door was open, I peered in and knock, he turned around and smiled, "welcome back" he said, I smiled and walked in and sat on his bed. "Let me guess, you just saw Simon and Tegan" he guessed, I nodded falling back onto his bed. I heard him laugh, "she said she'd been busy, I asked why and got the rude reply of 'none of your business'" I said, mimicking her voice, he laughed, "Don't worry, I got the same thing" he said, I sat up, "So it's not just me she's being a bitch to?" I asked, he nodded. "Pretty much everyone, she's been here since you and Tobi left and she's been a bitch to everyone, even Freya" he said, I raised my eyebrows. "Wow" I said to him, he nodded. "Why did he have to meet her" I asked him, he shook his head, "obviously she played him" he said, I nodded. "Sadly, I think you're right" I replied back to him.

We sat talking for a while longer before we were so rudely interrupted, "Ema, is it alright if Tegan hangs with you while I go record with JJ?" He asked, I nodded. "Just get her to wait in my room, I'll be 2 seconds" I said, he nodded and walked off. "Please save me" I whispered before walking out, I could hear Josh laughing behind me.

I walked into my room and saw Tegan sitting on my bed, I sat beside her. "So, how are things going with Simon" I asked, "Yeah they're going good, I wish he'd stop recording all the time and spend more time with me" she said in annoyance, "Well YouTube is his job, he loves doing it, you can't stop him from doing something he loves" I said to her, she rolled her eyes, "of course you'd say that" she said, "what's that meant to mean?" I asked, she glared at me, "nothing, you wouldn't understand" she said rudely once again, I stood up, "Alright I've had enough of you're bullshit, what is your problem with me" I asked her, she looked at me hurt, "there's no need to yell sweetie, why don't you go off to one of your boyfriends and talk to them" she said acting sweet. "Get out, get the fuck out of my room. Ever since I've met you you've been such a bitch to me and I'm sick of it. So please fuck off out of my room" I said to her, she looked at me then started crying and ran off out of my room, and then I heard the front door slam.

I laid down on my bed and waited for someone to come into my room, because I already knew what was about I happen. "What the fuck just happened?" I heard Simon asked from my door, "Oh boy, just my fucking luck" I said before sitting up. "Your girlfriend left" I said to him, he glared at me, "what the fuck did you do" he asked, "I'm sorry Simon, but she has been a bitch to me ever since I met her, but you don't see it" I said to him, he went to say something, "wait I'm not done" I began, "she's been a bitch to me, and I'm done with it. So I said something and she couldn't handle it" I said to him, he shook his head and walked out.

I knew he would say something eventually and I wasn't in the mood for it right now so I grabbed my phone and earphones and went for a walk. I walked along the street listening to music and eventually made my way to the park I always go to and I sat under the tree I always sat under. I turned on my phone and text Tobi;

Me: Hey Tobs, just letting you know I went for a walk because Simon is mad at me.

Tobi: what did you do?

Me: said something to Tegan, she cried running out of the house and slamming the door

Tobi: yeah you're screwed, where you at I'll come so you can talk about it

Me: the tree I always go to and you don't have to come, I'll talk when I get back

Tobi: Alright well stay safe, see you when you get back x

I turned off my phone and sat leaning my head against the tree. I watched the small amount of traffic go by and the occasional person walk past. I turned on my phone to change the song and saw a message from Simon saying, Come home now, we need to talk. I rolled my eyes and got off and made the slow journey back to the house.

I arrived and walked in the door, I saw Simon sitting in the kitchen. I walked over to him and stood on the other side of the island. "We need to talk" he began, I nodded, "Yeah I know" I said to him, he looked at me. "So I spoke to Tegan about you're problem and she said that she's never been rude to you. And that you called her a bitch and many other rude names for no reason. So really, I don't know who to believe here" he said, I shook my head. "Are you really going to believe a girlfriend you've been dating for like what, 2 weeks over your own cousin, who you've know all your life and have actually gotten really close with over the past 6 months. Simon I was so fucking grateful when you let me stay here, and I've told you everything ever since then because I know how much you worry about me, I've not lied to you once, so why would I lie to you know" I asked him, he stood there silently, "that's what I thought" I said before walking off. I walked through the corridor and down to my room, closing the door. I sat on my bed and grabbed my phone;

Me: Tobi, can you come in here, I really need you

I heard a soft knock then my door opened and closed. I looked up and saw Tobi, "you alright?" He asked, I shook my head. "He really thinks I'm lying to him and I don't know how else to tell him I'd never lie to him" I said to him, "why does he think you're lying?" He asked, "because Tegan said I called her a bitch and many other rude words for no reason, all I said was that she's been a bitch to me ever since I met her and that I want her out of my room" I explained to him, he nodded, "I'm sure he does believe you, he just doesn't want what you're saying to be true" Tobi said, I sighed. "I hope you're right" I said to him.

I'd been avoiding Simon for most of today, and I was glad when Tobi suggested we go out for dinner. We were in the car on our way to wherever we were going and I was looking out the window. "Tobi, slow down quickly" I said as I saw a familiar face making out with someone who wasn't her boyfriend. "Tobi, that's fucking Tegan" I said pointing to the two, Tobi shook his head, "Video it or something, we need to show Simon" he said to me, I grabbed my phone and began videoing the two. I zoomed in as they pulled away and kept it like that until we drove past. "I fucking knew there was something up with her" I said to him, he nodded. "Can we forget food so I can show Simon this, I need to be able to talk to him again" I said to him, Tobi nodded and did a U-turn and we made our way back.

As soon as we arrived I ran through the house and to Simon's room knocking loudly. He opened the door, "why so loud" he asked as he opened the door. I shoved him lightly so I could get in and I closed the door. "Sit" I said pointing to the bed. He looked at me confused and sat down. "Alright, I know we're not exactly on good terms currently but you need to know something. You're girlfriend is cheating on you, now before you think I'm making this up, Tobi and I both saw it and I videoed it as well" I said chucking him my phone. He watched the video and his face gradually began to sadden. "Fuck sake" he said sadly. "Simon, I'm really sorry" I said to him, he looked up at me, "I am too, I do notice how mean she is to you, and the other boys but I didn't want to believe it" he said to me, I sat down beside him and wrapped my arms around him. "Are we cool" I asked, he nodded. "We're cool" he replied.
