Hobi : 17 years old, escaped from his mother successfully , lives in a hidden apartment not registered under his name; landlord understands the situation
(Y/n) : 16 years old, daughter of a restaurant owner, both parents deceased, Hobi took her in to live together in his apartment
Hobi's point of view
"She's gone. G-O-N-E, understand?! Only half an hour ago she was in my arms, and now she's not here. Because of filthy creatures like you. She had so much potential, her music always got me in a pumped up emotional state, Aish, I'd always remember the times we'd cuddle with each other. It was like only yesterday-"
You were cut off by the soft crumbly surface of a slice of bread against your face, thrown by a grinning (Y/n).
"Yah! Practice your monologue somewhere else! I'm trying to eat bread in peace. Also, aren't you just supposed to do read throughs of monologues? Aren't you cheating~" the small girl was grinning from ear to ear, she could never really be mad at someone like you, almost a brother, except with more benefits...
Sighing, hopping over to where (Y/n) was, you leaned down near she was and looked at her in the eyes. Perfection. Nothing more beautiful than a girl that loved you
"C'mon (Y/n) baby," You started as you grabbed her small wrist and ran to the practice room
"Let's dance!"
When you said the ever so familiar words, you couldn't help but look back at your girl to see her familiar bright and beautiful smile, the smile that belonged to the one who had saved you from everything. "Hoseokie~" she would call out to tease you, wanting you to slow down.
"Not working this time (Y/n)," you felt a small smile creeping up your lips involuntarily, just hearing her soft voice could persuade you to do anything, but you knew she wanted to dance no matter what she said. You eventually let go of (Y/n)'s wrist, she wouldn't leave you alone, and you both knew where the best place to dance was by heart.
It was what you two did to escape everything and just... be with each other.
Thinking about being together with her gave you so many memories...
"If were always together, then we'll never be lonely! Oppa, we can be together and everything will be okay. Everything is better now that I'm with someone like you!"
Always brightly smiling, never really happy until she found what made her happy.
"Hoseokie!"
The same voice you've been fantasizing about called out to you, making you realize where you were.
Familiar surroundings, a dance studio that your landlord agreed to let you both use. The walls looked like the floor, patterned hardwood that crept all around the room, except for the logo of the company who built it, and two walls of mirrors, scratched but functional. Over dramatically , you walked to the middle of the room and spread your arms wide, breathing in the smell of the practice room.
"I'm home!"
You would smile widely, turning around to find a laughing (Y/n). Being the person you were, you just kept laughing half-unknowing what she was laughing about, shifting your eyes worriedly. "If you're wondering what I'm laughing at," she paused in the middle of speaking to laugh more "I'm laughing at how happy you make me! When I think of some of our happiest times together, I remember some of the funniest things we've done!" She was smiling ear to ear, coming up towards you, probably for a hug. Knowing she was giving you a hug, you spread your arms wide again, a little lower so she could actually fit in your arms. When she wrapped her arms around you, every bit of stress left your body, and you held her as if she could be blown away by the air any minute.
"Pfft, Like remember that time you thought you were gay and went up to that guy with the nice abs? You almost said 'you have a nice body,' but a guy came up to him and stopped you mid sentence so you ended up saying 'You have a nice bo-OYFRIEND!" She wouldn't stop laughing, allowing you to lift her up so her legs were wrapped around your waist, and arms still hugging you.
"I thought it was agreed we wouldn't mention that, baby!" you acted offended, so she knew exactly what to say to melt your sweet little heart, "Oppa~ I'm sorry, will a kiss make it better?" She was acting all cute, tilting her head downward, puckering her lips, and reaching her face to yours.
"You know what to do, babygirl. Give your oppa a kiss and he'll teach you a new dance. Whichever you want~" When she heard you say this, she instantly closed her eyes and placed her lips on yours, but didn't move them. She really wasn't good at kissing, but feeling her lips on yours, you doing all the work, it was still worth it.
You pulled away from the kiss, a slightly blushing (Y/n) looking at you cutely. "I know what I want to learn Hobaby~" she said teasing you more with the silly nickname, all smiles "But it's not a dance. I want you to teach me something else..."
"Teach me how to kiss you like you want me to."
[(A/n) Late updates I know, ugh. But I really want to make this book more than just a romance story. I want to make it slightly angsty, and really meaningful in the end. So please look forward to this book and the others, and if you enjoyed this chapter PLEASE VOTE! Also, I know it doesn't say if they're together or not directly in the story, but that's kind of the point. It's still very early on in the story, so I hope you understand ;;]
