It was a known fact that parents lie to their kids all the time. My parents are no exception.

A couple of years ago, my mom and my relatives told us a story about how a prisoner has escaped by the name of Emilio. According to them, he eats people.

At around that age, it seemed scary and little me believed it.

A few days ago, I had a trip down memory lane and remembered Emilio. Immediately, I searched Bohol killer Emilio on google.
There wasn't even a single article about a man eating guy named Emilio who haunted the province of Bohol.

I came to the conclusion that Emilio was just some myth adults made so the kids wouldn't go out wandering at night or even day.
