"Give it to me!" Noah shouted frustratedly, running after Addi as fast as he could. "That's my hat! I need it back!!"
Addi laughed holding the hat tightly in her fist kicking dirt in his face. Addi and Noah were at recess, playing a game called '"let's steal Noah's baseball cap."'
When Noah finally caught up to Addi he was coughing and breathing heavily "Give *Wheeze* it *cough* back to *cough* me." Addi sighed, "Okay Fine." She said handing the hat back to him. Noah smiled reaching over to take it, then Jake ran in between them and stole it. Noah's smile turned upside down. "WHAT THE HECK GUYS WHY." He shouted angrily. He stomped his foot on the ground and ran around in circles pouting. "Why does everyone wanna pick on me when they could go bother someone else!" He ran speeding across the playground, huffing. When he caught up with Jake, he knew he would get his hat back. Then Jake flicked his wrist and flung the cap right into Everest's arms.
"YASS I GOT IT!" Everest shouted running away. After like, 5 more minuets of trying to get the hat, Everest flung the cap to Cheyenne who held it tightly pushing it into Konnor. Then so on. It kept going for a while, recess after recess. The seasons passed, and the children worried their days in 5th grade together were coming to an end. But for sure it wasn't over yet? They still had one more thing to look forward to: Last splash. The very last recess in elementary school. At the pool. Everyone was gonna be there, and Everest, Addi, Cheyenne, Jake, Noah, and Konnor were never gonna miss it in a million years.
