Chapter 3
Carmen's POV: the next day
I felt great because I really don't know why. But I know I had coffee with a stranger named Angel. He was really nice and not a rapist. Anyway I have no classes today so I decide to go to an art museum. As I leave the campus, I feel that pull again. I just keep walking. As I walk I feel as though a dark force is watching me. Then I know for sure I'm being watched but I can't tell from where! I hurry and get to the museum. Once inside I feel as though I've lost the dark presence. I feel that pull again and bump into a person! "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to..." To my surprise , it's Angel! He looked a little relieved that it was me. He smiled and said "what are you doing here?" I said " I have no classes to go to so I decided to come to the arts museum!". We decide to look around together. He kept looking around like he sensed danger. " Are you okay?". He said yes but I knew something was wrong.
Angel's POV
Something was really off! I never felt such a strong evil presence! I also felt a really positive presence. It was coming off of Carmen. Just as I was about to say something, I saw a dark shadow go by quickly but not quick enough. The dark presence got stronger and my vow and arrow started to show. They always shine when danger is near. I started to draw and arrow when I realized Carmen was still there. I told her I had to go and I followed the dark presence. Whatever it was had a strong essence. I could smell the evil coming off of it. I followed it to the men's room where I found a dark Cupid. But he wasn't just any dark cupid, he was taller and looked stronger! I drew an arrow and he laughed. "You stupid boy. You dont know who I am do you?" I got angry at the fact he called me stupid and I shot the arrow at his head. Before it could touch him, it landed on the floor in pieces. " Allow me to introduce myself. I am Minus, the ruler of all dark Cupids. I am the most powerful Cupid and I have just awaked from my slumber because I felt a powerful love growing. My job, as you must know by now, is to prevent all love. I have to unfortunately kill your charge and her lover. Her lover might be unknown so I will just kill you so he stays unknown." He raised his hand and a dark arrow shot out toward me. I had no time to move but the weirdest thing happened. The arrow broke in pieces as it almost hit me like my arrow did for Minus. " What is this. My arrow never break or miss. You must be the internal heart! Come join the dark boy!" By now I was so lost that I just stared at him so long a portal opened behind Minus and he was gone just like that." What is the internal heart?" I said aloud!

Minus' POV
"This isn't possible. I am the king of dark Cupids. I can't even open portals that send people back to where they belong. If he doesn't join us , he shall die!!!" Minus said to his minions. They all hated when he was angry. He got really scary! "Well then why didn't you kill him when you had the chance m-m-master?" One minion asked. Right after he asked, he went up into flames. "Anymore smart remarks? I know just what to do!" He said with an evil grin!
