I want your Monday morning sighs, hand on my thigh as you wake up, '10 more minutes please'
I want your Tuesday evening hair pulling, knuckle biting, eyes burning, 'Just hold me please, its been a hard day'
I want your Wednesday afternoon glasses off, kettle on, laughter loud, 'I've missed you today'
I want your Thursday night papers scattered, wine for two, relax on the couch, 'Babe, just me and you'
I want your Friday full soul smile, sunlight shining, eyes bright, hand extends, "Come on darl, let's get wild'
I want your weekend, grocery shopping fun, movie marathon, making love in the blankets
And I want your Sunday morning yawns, pancake making fun, shower sharing love.
I want your easy smiles and your stress, rest
I want you drunk in my arms, forgetting the place but never my name
I want your lazy and your lonely and your fist full of fight
I want you everyday, in every way for the rest of my life.
