When the meeting had come to a close, the girls walked back out to the car feeling hopeless in the situation. They were now a part of Modest!. What kind of self respecting fangirl would sign with them?!
Kyara immediately dove in for a hug when she sat down next to Jaden. His hugs had always been the best. It reminded Kyara of safety, warmth, and home. Three things she had been without for a while.
Jaden didn't ask questions for the time being, because honestly both of the girls looked like they had just sold their souls to the devil. Little did he know that that was pretty much what had happened.
Kyara pretty much didn't know what to do besides cry, and that was not going to happen. So she took out her phone and called the first contact she came to. Liam's soft voice answered with a warm "Hello!"
"Hey, Liam. I know this is kind of weird seeing as how we've only spoken like once, but..." She trailed off, kind of expecting him to agree and hang up on her.
"No, no! You sound troubled. Speak your mind." Kyara smiled at the genuine kindness in his tone. This is why she loved Liam. He had enough love for the entire world, and then some.
"Well, a few minutes ago, we were forced into a two year contract with Modest!..." Liam sighed sadly on the other side of the line.
"I'm so very sorry... That's awful. Especially when you didn't even have a choice. Do you, Emma, and Jaden want to hang out for a while to take your mind off it? I saw that you guys were in London." Kyara smiled slightly, knowing this was probably the only actually useful time when everyone knew where she was.
"That would be nice, yeah. I'll just tell the others and we can meet...?" Kyara really didn't know shit about London. She had been there once on a vacation for a week, and she was only fourteen and didn't pay much attention.
"How about I just find you guys? Address?" Kyara could hear Liam shuffling around, probably looking for a pen and paper. She rattled off the address of the Soaring/new Modest! building. Liam made a few sounds to let her know he got what she was saying.
"Great! I'll be there in... Ten minutes." It sounded as if Liam had a smile on his lips. He really was just an amazing person. Kyara didn't know how on earth some people thought he was a douchelord.
"Alright, cool. See you soon. Bye" Liam said goodbye and they both hung up. Kyara tapped Jaden's shoulder and nudged Emma with her elbow so they would listen to her.
"Okay guys. Liam Payne is going to come and take us around London for a day out." Kyara paused while the others cheered happily. "So try not to make us all look like the idiots we truly are."
Jaden and Emma each nodded with a passion and Kyara sat back to talk to Luke again. But really her thoughts were Liampayneliampayneliampayneliampayneliampayneliampayneliampayne.

Hey! Sorry bout that. I just had to sign with Modest! Management DxThe dying face was definitely not overboard about Kyara's feelings of the company at all. She truly did hate them. And she didn't even catch the name of the head of Modest! Maybe she was too focused on loathing him with every fiber of her being.
Luke Hemmings:
Oh no! I've heard they have some shit management. Call me???This caused Kyara to have another minor spaz attack. She was going to hear his voice! His voice, dammit! Okay, Kyara, calm your mammaries. This wasn't some random person she could just fangirl with. This was real life.
So like a real person would do, Kyara pressed the call button for Luke's contact. It rang only twice before his familiar voice rang through the speaker.
