Oh boy. Haven't written in a while but this needs to be said.
As I write this I am on a train to visit my mum for the weekend and I am so incredibly annoyed with the train service I need to rant.
In order to visit my Mum I need to go on two trains. My horrible experience starts with my train being cancelled - the next train I could get was an hour later. I therefore would miss my second train. When it was finally time for my new train to come it was delayed 20 minutes. I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for the train that I am on for an hour and a half then change trains to get to a station nearish to where my Mum lives.
This second train should be easier to get on but I won't arrive at my destination until about 10:50pm. I left my house at 6pm and it will be a 45 minute drive from the train station I arrive at and my Mum's house. This means I won't be there until about 11:30pm and I'm tired and hungry and I just want to go to bed.
Goodnight good people of the internet and I hope you don't have a hellish journey like I am having. (I haven't even touched on busses. They are worse.)
Edit: It is now 10:40pm and the second train was delayed 12 minutes. FML
