Chapter 3 Understanding What Love Is.... Sorta

No One's POV

Lindsay Potter had just sat down with her brother for breakfast when Ginny came and sat with them as well as Nathan. Now Harry thought Ginny was cute but there were consequences with werewolf mating's and he didn't know what to do. It was his sister's best friend after all so he didn't think he should talk to her. Though it was hard for him to keep things from his sister.

" What's going on in that oversized head of yours big brother," Lindsay thought to him.

" Nothing that you need to worry about," he thought back.

Just then the girl named Janette walked over to them with her group of friends.

" Well. Well. Well. If it isn't the losers. Babe why are you sitting next to the slut," Janette asked Nathan.

Lindsay was fuming with anger. She couldn't believe what Janette had just called her. She'd never kissed a guy before although she fancied Nathan who was dating Janette. Lindsay was about to answer Janette but Nathan beat her to it.

" DON'T YOU DARE CALL LINDSAY A SLUT! SHE HAS A GOOD HEART AND SHE IS ALWAYS HELPING OTHERS! AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION I'M SITTING WITH MY FRIENDS! AND IF YOU HAVEN'T GUESSED WE'RE THROUGH JANETTE," Nathan yelled before storming out of the Great Hall.

Janette ran out crying with her friends following her. Lindsay was shocked that Nathan stood up for her. She was glad it was a weekend. She looked at Harry and Ginny.

" Do you guys want to help me find him," Lindsay asked.

" Sure," Harry and Ginny said.

The trio left the Great Hall. They basically searched everywhere. They had split up to search and met on the seventh floor.

" Any luck," Lindsay asked sounding hopeful.

Ginny and Harry shook their heads. Lindsay was a little frustrated.

" He couldn't have just disappeared," Lindsay said.

Just then a door appeared. The trio looked at each other before entering the new room. They had found Nathan pacing. Lindsay nodded towards Harry and he understood and covered himself and Ginny with the invisibility cloak that Lindsay received for Christmas last year.

" Lindsay, the first time I saw you I thought you were beautiful. No that's awful. Lindsay, your the most amazing person I've met. That's even worse. Lindsay, from the moment I met you I-," Nathan started to say.

" You what," Lindsay asked.

Nathan turned to look at her and he looked shocked. Lindsay just looked at him with a smile. She didn't want to look excited but on the inside she was overjoyed to hear that the guy she fancied thought she was beautiful.

" Lindsay! How much did you hear? I mean nothing. I didn't do anything. I've just been mad at what Janette said and-," Nathan started to say but was cut off by Lindsay's lips on his.

Lindsay pulled away and looked at the floor. Nathan was shocked. That kiss was brilliant but he didn't know why Lindsay was looking at the floor.

" You're the first boy I've ever kissed," Lindsay said.

Now he understood why she was looking at the floor. He lifted her chin so she would look at him.

" Then I'll be the first boy to kiss you back because I fancy you Lindsay Potter and I don't know if anything can change that. You're my light so far but I want to try us Lindsay. I want to be with you so will you do me the extraordinary honor of becoming my Girlfriend," Nathan asked.

Lindsay smiled at him.

" I would love to be your Girlfriend Nathan," Lindsay said.

Nathan smiled and kissed Lindsay passionately. Lindsay kissed back with just as much passion. She maybe only twelve but she felt whole with Nathan. Her wolf howled, her lioness roared, her doe frolicked with joy, her fox pounced with joy, and her phoenix burned within  her. Lindsay Potter had never felt so good in her entire life. She knew she was probably going to get the talk after her Godfather finds out but her Godfather wouldn't be the one giving her the talk.

Her Godmother, Nymphadora Tonks, would be the one to give her the talk. Lindsay knew Nymph would let her do as she pleased as long as she wouldn't regret it. Lindsay had ways of getting out of trouble. Finally both Lindsay and Nathan pulled out of the kiss breathing heavily. Lindsay took note that Nathan's hair was as messy as Harry's maybe even messier, if that was possible.

" Wow," Nathan sighed.

" Am I that good of a kisser," Lindsay asked.

Nathan just nodded and Lindsay laughed.

" I have to go. Harry and Ginny are still looking for you," Lindsay said.

Nathan nodded and Lindsay kissed him. She left the room with Harry and Ginny who were now following her from behind without the invisibility cloak on.

" It's about time you told him," Ginny said smiling at Lindsay.

" How long have you liked him little sis," Harry asked.

" Since my first year," Lindsay answered.

" I just hope he doesn't find out what I am. I'll tell him when I'm ready to tell him," Lindsay thought to herself.

" I just hope she doesn't find out what I am. I'll tell her when I'm ready to tell her," Nathan thought to himself in the Room of Requirements.

Lindsay Potter also knew Janette couldn't reveal her secrets without her permission. If Janette tried to tell Lindsay's secrets well it would be forgotten. 

Now Lindsay was also an Aura Reader. She smiled as she saw Harry's and Ginny's auras. their auras were trying to connect. Now all Lindsay had to do was think of a plan to get those two together. And boy did she have a plan........

I'm so sorry it's late. I've been really busy lately. Soulmates and their Protectors will be updated soon. I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while but I have a lot going on right now. 

I had a fire in my house, I had to put my dog down, and my Great Great Uncle passed away. So there are more chapters coming for my other books hopefully I'm just trying to calm down. Thank you all for understanding.
