No One's POV
Lindsay Potter wasn't a werewolf like her brother or her godfather/Uncle. There had been a werewolf attack in Godrics Hallow the night Lily and James Potter were murdered. Harry just happened to be one of the unlucky kids that survived with a bite. Harry didn't go to Hogwarts in 1991 like he should have. Then there was an incident at the school.
In 1992 Remus tried to get Lindsay not to go to Hogwarts for her first year but Lindsay changed her hair and eyes to their natural color and told him she didn't want to be coped up in the house. Remus allowed her to go to Hogwarts. Lindsay had quite an adventure by accident. She had helped saved her best friend's life. Did Lindsay get in big trouble? Oh yeah she did but she didn't care.
Lindsay had made it into Gryffindor house. Now she sitting eating her breakfast and drinking coffee while her brother and uncle had a row about going to Hogwarts because Remus was offered a job. Harry finally stormed off to his room. Remus sighed and looked at Lindsay.
" What am I going to do with him," Remus asked as Lindsay took a sip of her coffee.
" I don't know. I'm not the adult. Just give him some time Uncle Remus. He'll come around," Lindsay said.
" You're right," Remus said.
A couple days later Harry apologized to Remus and said he'd go to Hogwarts. Lindsay's owl had just come back from a trip to give Ginny some mail. Lindsay was glad she had gotten gifts for her new friends for their birthdays. The house elf Lindsay was now the mistress of was coming to Hogwarts too. They went to Diagon Alley and got all their school supplies.
On September first of 1993 Lindsay, Harry, and Remus boarded the train. Lindsay and Harry had more energy than Remus cause they took a potion to help but Remus refused.
" I'm going to rest," Remus said.
" You do that," Lindsay said.
And with that Remus Lupin fell into a deep sleep and Lindsay and Harry sat down and talked. The train started moving and six people came in. Three boys and three girls.
" So, this is where you were hiding," said one of the boys as they sat down.
" I don't hide," Lindsay said.
Harry growled slightly. Lindsay took notice.
" Who are you I don't think I've seen you around? Are you new," one of the girls asked.
" Oh right introductions. My bad. Harry these are my friends Ron, Hermione, and Neville. My best friends Ginny, Luna, and Nathan, Guys this is my older brother Harry," Lindsay said pointing to each individual.
" It's nice to finally meet you Harry," Neville said.
" I agree," Luna said.
" It's nice to finally put a face to the name," Ginny said.
" Lindsay has told us a lot about you," Hermione said.
" Yeah she won't shut up about you," Ron said.
" She even wrote songs about you," Nathan said.
" I did not," Lindsay said.
Harry made a mumbling sound and looked out the window. Lindsay sighed.
" Can you at least try to get to know my friends. At least they weren't fanning over you saying 'Oh my god it's Harry Potter' or 'Can I see the scar Mr. Potter' or 'Can I have your autograph Mr. Potter' or my personal favorite when it comes to fangirls 'Will you sign my forehead Mr. Potter'. It's quite annoying but my friends weren't like that at least," Lindsay said with a puppy dog face.
Harry made the mistake of looking at her.
" Fine," he said.
Just then a cat jumped onto Lindsay's lap.
" Bad Crookshanks. I'm sorry Lindsay," Hermione said.
" It's fine Hermione. He's part kneazle isn't he," Lindsay asked.
Hermione nodded. Scabbers, Ron's rat, looked near death which Lindsay took note of. When the trolley came Lindsay bought everyone treats. Later the train suddenly stopped and it felt cold. When the compartment door slid open Lindsay and Harry knew there was trouble. There was a scream before they both blacked out. Soon they both came to and were handed medical chocolate.
" What was that thing," Harry asked once he was seated and Remus was gone.
" It was a Dementor. They suck your soul out in what is called a Dementor's kiss. It's been said that if a Dementor tries to kiss you it will bring up your worst memories," Lindsay said.
The rest of the night was peaceful and Harry got into Gryffindor.
