A Raura Fanfic: I'm Not the Girl I Used to Be

Chapter 7

Ross POV

"LAURA! GET UP! RIKER GO GET SOMETHING TO REVIVE HER NOW! RYDEL GET SOME WATER! ROCKY HELP ME CARRY HER TO THE COUCH!"

"Ross! Shut up you're panicking too much" Riker yelled at me. Yeah I might be freaking out but Laura just fainted what am I supposed to do take a walk? Yeah no I'm gonna freak out!

"Just help me!" I yelled back. We slowly started to revive her until she started to wake up.

"Woah..what? Where am I?" Laura asked us as she rubbed her eyes. "Where are my parents?"

"Your parents?..." I'm kind of confused now doesn't she know her parents are...dead?

"Yeah"

"Laura? Do you remember anything from yesterday?" Rocky asked her

"No. Well, um, no"

"Wait seriously? Well come with me..." I led her to my room slowly. I wanted to tell her about her parents. How was I supposed to break this to her? "Laura? I need to talk to you."

"Yeah but one thing, how did I get to your house?"

"Well after your parents had an incident you came over here and spent the night and we tried to comfort you. And with Vanessa not being here so.."

"Incident?"

"Laura I'm soo sorry and I don't even know how many times I've said in sorry but your parents died in a car crash a few days ago." Her face instantly turned pale and her eyes were full of sadness. I took her in my arms and hugged her real tight. She cried in my arms for about half an hour and I didn't mind the tears going through my shirt because she needed the comforting. After she said:

"Ross? Did Vanessa die too?"

"No, no she was doing a switched at birth shooting for a few days but shes coming back today. She doesn't know about the news yet."

"Oh okay. Why did I faint?" Her voice still was full of sadness and I didn't know what to do to help her.

"I don't know we were all eating the waffles we made and you just fainted in the dining room." I didn't want to tell her why I think she fainted but I think it was cause we were all one big family and she didn't really feel right when she didn't have her family fully with her.

"I think I need to sleep"

"You can sleep on my bed if you want."

"Thanks ross. By the way why do I have your clothes on?"

"I gave them to you because you were cold." I smiled faintly at her.

"Thanks ross." She still had that same sad face on as left my room. She doesn't deserve this.

Sorry for not updating for two weeks I've been so busy. I promise the upcoming chapters will be better! I'm thinking of adding rydellington? And some outside characters. Later in the story though. If you want a certain name in the story comment!
