A Raura Fanfic: I'm Not the Girl I Used to Be

Chapter 4

Laura's POV

So.. It was just me and Ross tonight. I think this could be nice but for some reason I'm nervous too.

"Hey laure! I found some gogurt!" Ross walked in the room.

You know I wasn't really feeling like eating today "no thanks ross"

"Say no to gogurt? Laura you've never done that!"

"I don't know I'm just not hungry"

"Oh come on, tell me, what's going on?"

"Umm. My parents ring a bell to you?" Oh my gosh sometimes I was literally ready to choke him how dumb can he be?

"I'm sorry laura. I didn't want you to feel bad. We're trying to cheer you up!"

"We're?"

"Yeah, Stormie, rydel, riker, me, hey rocky cried!"

"Yeah I know guys. But it just feels horrible"

He came over and sat on the bed. "C'mere laura," he patted on the bed. "Come sit next to me."

"Okay"

"Laura, talk to me about anything. I'm here for you"

"I know that rossy... Haha I know riker calls you that"

Ross blushed. Awww he was so cute. Snap out of it laura!

"So.. Why was rocky crying today?" I asked

"I don't know? Because he felt bad for you?"

"No.. I don't think so. It seemed like something else"

"Then I don't know."

"Did anything ever happen to him? You know like a friend or something?"

"If something did then he didn't tell us"

I couldn't help but keep thinking about rocky. Like if he felt bad for me, I don't know but I know somethings up. I wanna find out what though.

"Hey wanna go watch a movie???" Ross said as excited as ever.

"Oh my gosh yes what movie?" I asked
"I don't know? What are you in the mood for?"

"Something romantic or scary."

Ross POV

We walked to the living room. I decided to put scary for tonight so she doesn't have a chance to get sad again because honestly I feel horrible for her.

I put in paranormal activity 2. I know she'll get a good scare out of this.

"You've never seen this movie before right?" I asked her.

"Nope I can't wait. I'm already getting chills!"

She seemed cold. I went over and grabbed a soft blanket for her to keep warm and put it over us.

You know... This scary movie might be good for her and me.. If you know what I mean? No not anything like that. But.. You'll find out.

We got to halfway through the movie and there was a super scary part where the demon set the whole house on fire!

Laura quickly dug her head in my chest.

I put my arm around her.

We kept watching and then at some point I think she was sleeping. "Laura. "Laureee? You awake?

No answer. I put my head on her head and fell asleep while the movie was still playing.
