Twenty-Three.

Naomi- I brush through my long hair as I look at myself in the mirror. I smile softly at Erushi through the reflection and turn to him as I continue to brush my hair. He smiles back while watching me through the mirror. I walk over to my dresser and grab my swimsuit. I toss it in a bag along with two towels for each of us. "Okay, we can head to your place now," I say nodding. I watch you stand up.

Erushi- "Come here." I say quietly with a smile. I watch you roll your eyes slightly with a grin and walk over to me. I place my hands on your hips and pull you close to me. I hear you yelp quietly in surprise as I do. I chuckle and lean down to kiss you softly. I blush slightly as your body presses against mine. Your hands are gently placed on my cheeks and I lean down growing our makeout to be more passionate. I hear you hum and my hand slowly travels up and down your waist sending shivers along your spine. Suddenly there's a small knock on the door and it quickly opens. I pull away and your hands drop from my cheeks to my lower neck/shoulders. "Oh-!" Your dad shifts but keeps his eyes locked on me. Part of me returns the glare slightly. "Uhm- If you want I can drop you two off at Erushi's so he can get his things and then I can take you to Happy's." He suggests.

Naomi- My blush fades and I nod pushing a strand of hair behind my ear. "Yeah sure," I say shifting the backpack on my back. The two of us head out and down the stairs to my dad's car. You and I climb into the back and I look out the window. I gently feel your hand in mine and I smile softly as my dad heads across the neighborhood to your house. When we arrive you quickly slip your hand out of mine. "I'm just gonna run in and grab my stuff." You say as you get out of the car and jog inside. I wait in silence and cross my legs quietly. "I'm sorry about the other night honey." My dad finally says. As always I repeat the same phrase that I use every time he apologizes. "It's okay," I whisper. He sighs and shakes his head slightly. Soon you come back out from your house and I hold out my hand for your swim trunks. 

Erushi- I hand them to you gently. "Thanks," I whisper. In return, you smile and nod putting them into the backpack along with your own swimsuit. "Ready to head off, kiddos?" Your father asks. "Yeah." You answer innocently. 

~Time Lapse~

Naomi- I walk out of Happy's bathroom my regular clothes in hand. I walk through the living room and to the sliding glass door. I push it open and toss my clothes by my bag. I glance around the pool looking for Erushi. I yelp as I feel two warm hands on my waist. I turn and see Erushi smiling gently. I giggle and he easily scoops me up. "W-wait No-!" I get cut off as He throws me into the pool with a chuckle. My head breaks through the surface of the chlorine filled water. I giggle as Erushi sits on the edge his feet dangling in the water. I swim over to hi calmly and hold out my hand. "H-help me up...It's c-c-c-cold." I lie. I see you blink with a somewhat type of sorrow or guilt. I gently take your hand as you hold it out to me and I yank you back with me causing you to fall into the water with me. I laugh as you come out of the water and push your wet hair back. 

Erushi- "I should have known." I say smiling at you. "HEY- IT'S MY NUMBER ONE COUPLE!" I hear from behind me. I turn just to be splashed with a huge wave as Happy leaps into the pool. His head breaks through the surface of the water and he smiles. "Hows the suspension going?" I ask with a smirk. He shrugs. "I mean I still have to do schoolwork but I can at least go on my phone and the TV and shit." He says smiling. "And it's not like my parents care- that's why I'm having a party." He adds. I hear you giggle beside me and I smile gently. 

Naomi- "Well, the party is pretty fun- and we just got here." I add treading in the deep water beside you. I feel your hands on my waist and feel you pull me into you. "That's good." Happy says with a smile as he watches you wrap my legs around your waist. "God, you guys are just so cute." He says looking at us deeply/ I giggle and blush. Suddenly someone calls out Happy's name from the house and he gets out of a pool with a friendly smile and wave. We wave back and I rest my head on your shoulder relaxing on you in the pool since I'm too short and cannot touch the bottom. I hear you snicker and I gently kiss your cheek. 

Erushi- 'I love you.' I want to say. Instead, I kiss your cheek back. Happy comes back out into the back with stacks of pizza. "PIZZA'S HERE!" He shouts. Everyone gets out of the pool and dries off. Happy's friend sets up his speakers and plays some music as you and I grab a couple slices of pizza and take our plates over to the beach chair you put your stuff on. I plop down in front of you and smile softly. "It sucks there was only one but we can share." You say addressing the can of sprite in your hands. I watch you tap the top and crack it open. I watch you sip some of it and hand it to me. I take a drink and then set it down. We eat our pizza and I can't help but stare deeply into your eyes whenever I get a chance to. You lick some crumbs off of your lips silently and I blush leaning over and kissing you softly. I hear you hum in surprise but you quickly kiss me back. I pull away with a playful roll of my eyes. "Too easy." I taunt. I smile as you giggle. 'I love you so much...' I think in awe. 'I've known that from the beginning...but I'll stop loving you. No one can get in my way.' I can't help but think of Akio and Hitoshi. 'No one.'
