Kurse looked at his new form, confused but grateful that he was alive. He felt Chara's Soul, as well as Auriel...Dust...and Gaster. "You wanna know something about us Changelings?" Kurse asked, as his Soul reformed. "We have this nasty habit of...regenerating our Souls. And a Changeling's Soul is just as Strong as six human Souls put together!" 'Kurse is filled with Determination, this is the end of your journey.' "So what, I'll just destroy it again!" Asriel said, Kurse then appeared in front of the Goat with God Slayer and Thorn in his hands. "Don't overestimate your chances boy..." he said, "Now away with you!" Kurse pointed Thorn at Asriel and pulled the trigger. The shot sent Asriel flying backwards. "No-one's above consequence. So get comfortable. No amount of your strength and power will save from my wrath!" Kurse then charged at Asriel who sent raw Magic at the Changeling. "Fooled me once..." Kurse said, before slicing the bullets into nothing. "That won't work on me twice kiddo." Asriel then conjured Giga Breaker. "Here's my super weapon!" 'Kurse summoned Ragnarok.' "Damn it I forgot you had that!" Asriel said, "Language young man." Kurse scolded, the two attacks charged up, and after a few seconds fired. Ragnarok and Giga Breaker fired the attacks meeting in the middle. "You know I can keep this up pretty much forever." Kurse said, Ragnarok was slowly but steadily pushing Giga Breaker back. Asriel was starting to become strained. Soon the blast from Ragnarok found its way to Giga Breaker's mouth and destroyed it. "You're all out of mana...and out of tricks as well." Kurse said, "Relinquish the Souls you've stolen Asriel. Those don't belong to you." "No...I won't let you leave!" Asriel yelled, "You can't keep us here forever, so just return what you've stolen..." Kurse said, "Do that and I'l-" "No!" Asriel screamed, "Fine...then I'll tear them out of you!" Kurse shouted, using Soul Chains to grab each Soul Asriel had inside him. 'Wait!' Frisk signed, "Why kid?" Kurse asked, then saw Frisk had a Save prompt with their hand over it. Kurse nodded. "Alright kid, let's save our friends." He said, as he held Asriel's attention Frisk started saving everyone. "Come on Asriel! Show me what all that power can do!" Kurse shouted, Asriel sent raw Magic at Kurse who used Black Shield, this time the spell held up. 'Frisk saved Toriel and Asgore.' (Way to go, kid!) Kurse thought, "Let's go!" He then summoned a Dark Saber and Chara's Dagger. Asriel summoned two Chaos Slicers. As the two charged and clashed. "NO, YOU'RE MY FRIEND!" Papyrus said, "nope you're alright, kid." Sans added with a friendly wink, soon everyone was free...but Frisk felt another Soul that needed saving. Asriel. "Go ahead kid." Kurse said, "Save my nephew. He may not want it but Toriel, Asgore and I would be very happy to see him for real..." 'Sure Kurse.' Frisk signed,

-Timeskip, to where Asriel reverts back to his normal form.-

Asriel was crying. Something Kurse had actually missed. "Heh...you always were...such a crybaby." Kurse said, "Y-yeah...I guess so." Asriel said, "I'm sorry Uncle Kurse, for all this. Let me make it right." Asriel then started to float. The Souls of everyone were released, and a loud crack followed by a shattering noise was heard. 'The Barrier has been shattered.' Kurse closed his eyes and smiled. Before Chara's Soul flew into Asriel. And started glowing. "Uncle Kurse...Frisk, thank you. The Barrier's shattered, but without those Souls. I'll turn into Flowey again..." Asriel said, "We'll find a way to get you back kiddo...I promise." Kurse said, Frisk then hugged Asriel, who returned it. "Heh...heh heh heh..." he laughed lightly, "I don't want to let go." After a little while, Asriel and Frisk let go of each other. "Frisk..." Kurse said, "We have to go...and Asriel, your mother and father miss you. More than you know...we'll see you around kiddo!" "Uncle Kurse!" Asriel called, Kurse turned around. "Take care of mom, okay? Before...all this happened, she said she had a crush on you..." Kurse smiled. "I knew about that, Asriel. But thanks for that regardless." He said, "And Toriel will be taken good care of...that I vow." After that, the three went their seperate ways.

-Back at the exit-

"Frisk, Kurse, please wake up!" Toriel yelled, Kurse groaned. "So loud, geez I was having a nice dream to..." he said groggily, Toriel tightly hugged Kurse. "Thank god!" She said relieved, "'gag' uh Tori, Kurse can't breathe." Kurse managed to choke out, Toriel got the message and loosened up a bit. Kurse bolted up and looked at Frisk. "Are they alright?" He asked concerned, Frisk then started to stir, and opened their eyes. Toriel hugged Frisk as well, which the human returned happily. "So...how's everyone?" Kurse asked, "What are you talking about, K?" Undyne asked, "I mean are you guys all there? Because you weren't all there in that black orb we were all in." Kurse repeated, "were we? huh...funny because i don't remember that happening." Sans said, (I guess only me and Frisk remember...weird.) Kurse thought, "A-at any rate, the Barrier's been destroyed somehow." Alphys pointed out, 'That was Asriel's doing.' Frisk signed, no-one but Kurse, Sans, Auriel and Toriel could understand sign language. "A-Asriel?" Toriel said, Kurse sighed, "Okay, everyone except Toriel, Asgore, Frisk and myself, de-ass the room please...this is private." He said, Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Auriel and Alphys left. "Yeah...we saw Asriel, he shattered the Barrier." He clarified, "Is...he." Toriel started saying, "Hey, hey c'mere Tori..." Kurse said, hugging Toriel as she broke down, years of pent up emotions flooded out of the goat mother. "Heh...and you get onto me for bottling up my emotions." Kurse said, "That's not good for you, Tori...it's okay to cry every now and then." "I miss him..." Toriel said through her tears, "Yeah...so do I." Kurse said, Asgore looked at the scene before him and smiled. (Be good to Toriel, Kurse.) He thought, (Be better than I was...) After what felt like hours, Toriel had finally stopped crying. "Thank you, Kurse." She said, "I feel so much better now." Kurse smiled. "I'm glad." He replied, "So... shall we depart?" "Yes...let us be on our way." Asgore said,

-Some time later, the Surface-

"Would you look at that sunset." Kurse said in awe, "God...I haven't been up here in over 200 years." Everyone looked at the Surface with a mystified expression. "WELL, THERE'S NO TIME TO WASTE!" Papyrus stated, "I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, SHALL GO MAKE GOOD FIRST IMPRESSIONS!" With that, taller of two skeletons ran off. "welp." Sans said, "someone's gotta look after him." With that he walked off. "Urgh! Do I have to do EVERYTHING here!" Undyne yelled, "PAPYRUS WAIT!" With that she sprinted after Papyrus. "W-wait, Undyne come back!" Alphys squeaked running after Undyne, "Should I be doing something?" Asgore asked, "..." Toriel gave Asgore 'the stare' "Better move Asgore, you know what she's like when she uses the stare..." Kurse advised, "Y-yes, well. I should b-be off then!" Asgore stuttered, before running after the three who ran off. "Y'know...things feel...different now. Like we may be able to live in peace with humanity." Kurse said, "Perhaps...perhaps." Toriel said, "I guess...you and Auriel have nowhere to go, huh?" "Ah, Aurri said she'd be living with the brothers for awhile." Kurse said, "But I guess...I don't have anywhere to go." "Y-you could s-stay with me a-and Frisk." Toriel said shyly, "Tori...that's awfully nice of you." Kurse said, "Thanks, I'd love that." 'Then let's go home, mom...dad.' Frisk signed, Kurse went wide-eyed. "...Yeah, let's go...kiddo." He said smiling, after that, the three headed to the city, where their new lives await them. A life full of hardships, far more intense FIGHTs, and more tests of virtues then ever before...but that's a story for another time.

The end...for now.
