{7~A Prince}

It started to storm and it was pretty late so I stayed with Mark at his place for the night. As soon as I came in Chica ran at me excited wagging her tail and licking my face. "Chica!" I said laughing.

Mark smiled at me and Chica "Aweee, Chica you missed Amy?" He said as she jumped at him happily. Me and Mark mostly were spending the time relaxing together making jokes and laughing. He even made hot cocoa for the two of us.

I felt safe and at home with Mark, I liked his house and being there with him and Chica.
As I was getting sleepy in Mark's bed he cuddled me as Chica laid at our feet and we all fell asleep together.

As I woke up in Mark's arms I saw that the stormed pasted. Mark got up and kissed me on the cheek and went to the kitchen to make me scrambled eggs. As soon as I finished eating Mark took me back home before my parents found out I was gone.

"I had fun spending time with you, peebles" Mark said staring at me with his bright eyes. I smiled at him. "I had fun with you too Markimoo" I said as we kissed. "I'll see you soon" Mark said smiling as I went into the castle.

I quickly made my way upstairs and was going down the hall until a maid stopped me. "Princess Amy, Your mother and father wish to see you" She said as I sighed in horror. Did they know I was gone? What are they going to think?

I made my way to my parents. They didn't look angry. "You guy's wanted to see me?" I asked. "Yes, Amy, it's been awhile now and we decided to take matters into our own hands" Dad said as mom crossed her arms. "You decided...I don't mind who are daughter marries as long as she's happy Felix!" She said

"Marzia the fate of are future kingdom depends on good rulers, and I don't want are future king to be a scum bag! I'm only doing what's best for Amy and everyone. Imagine if the future king of Vostubus was ruled by someone like Keemstar or leafy!" Dad said continuing his rant.

"Felix, this is ridiculous, I'm 100% positive Amy isn't going to want to be with either of them!" Marzia said "Maybe not specifically them, but Amy tomorrow is a very important day, the Prince of a neighboring kingdom is coming to meet you, Prince Damian" said Dad.

My eyes widened. I felt outraged that my father set up this meet without my consent. I didn't want to meet any Princes. I don't want to be forced to love someone I don't even know.

"Dad..You can't do this, I don't want to meet and love someone I don't even know, let alone let them rule by my side forever!" I said "Amy, we can't wait any longer! We need a King and Queen that will for sure take care of this kingdom! I'm doing my duty! And so should you..."

With that I ran up the stairs, down the hallway passed Jack, and into my room slamming the door.
