AFTER 5 YEARS

Delhi

Sona...Be ready by 11.00 we have to go shopping..Elena almost screamed from downstairs that made  Sona jump from the bed where she is having her favourite sleep. Sona has just arrived from Mumbai the day before. She is having a break from her busy medical field. It's been almost 5 years from now., Sona has joined for medicine in Mumbai.. only a few months are left to finish her studies later she had decided to practice in Mumbai or Delhi. After that she will become a Doctor.

Sona thanked her god as one of her dream is going to be true soon., Her parents are also now doing good in their business and they are now famous in their business and her brother has became a responsible person and started helping in  business.

After her 12th std ..Sona prepared for the entrance exams and as expected she got the entrance and shifted to one of the famous college in Mumbai.
Sona has changed a lot..She had made a lot of friends, and she enjoyed her life. During her first year she stayed at college hostel..But from the beginning of her second year Sona along with her 2 friends moved to an apartment which is near to their college.

Her life has changed, a lot within these 5 years except for one thing..Dev..There was not even a single day in her life without thinking about Dev. Her days started and ended with the thoughts of Dev.

She comes to her home whenever she get holidays ..but in these 5 years she didn't get to see a glimpse of Dev.

Whenever she lands in Delhi..She always wished to see him..Sona searched for those honey brown eyes when she attends a function, whenever she goes to mall, and in all other crowded places..but everytime she came back to her home disappointedly. Dev disappeared from her life without even saying a word. She sighed after thinking about her 5 years without Dev.

       Sona was back on earth after her thoughts when she heard Elena calling her name again..
You are still on your bed..Oh god ..Sona..It's already going to be 10:30am and you didn't moved a inch from your bed???. Elena yelled at Sona..
Elena..Please we will go shopping tomorrow.. Please let me rest..Sona begged to Elena ..as she is in no mood to go for shopping. I know Sona u came back from Mumbai yesterday only but ...I told you already how much important this party is??  ..We are going for shopping ..And that's Final!!! Sona just rolled her eyes to Elena..

As there is no other ways to escape ..She decides to get ready as soon as possible. She took a shower and wore her favourite kurti and leggings and left with Elena.

At the mall Elena dragged Sona to different shops as she didn't got what she expected, Sona became tired from  continuous walking. After sometime Elena entered a shop ..As Sona is tired she sat on a chair and watched her..her eyes moved to see all the designer clothes inside..But her eyes got stucked on a pair of honey brown orbs which is busy in reading a magazine.

      She cannot see his face as the magazine is partially covering his face.While reading his attention moved from magazine to a girl..Who is showing a designer clothes to him..But she cannot see their face properly ..She tried her best to look at them..but at that time Elena jumped on front of her saying that she got what she wants...with a smile  on her face and blocked her view.

Sona just nodded to what Elena is saying ..She tried her best to see the person but she failed and all the credits goes to Elena. Sona was now angry on Elena but she didn't showed up on her face.

So..lets go and pay the bill..Sona said to Elena by gritting her teeth and having a fake smile on her face., But Elena was too busy in praising the dress she brought thus failed to notice how angry Sona was..

   Elena and Sona walked towards the billing section..Sona saw the same person and the same girl,,but again she didn't saw  them as their back was facing Sona. After paying  their bill they turned their heels to go .. that was the time ..She came to know that it was none other than Dev.., and the girl was Riya. All she wished in these 5 years to get a glimpse of Dev..and it came true at that  particular moment..She doesn't know how to react at that moment..She is extremely happy..Her heart had a warm feeling with happiness..She wants to run to him..She wants to talk to him., She wants to ask him where was he..in all these years ..And why did he left with out saying a single word to her.
But she didn't ..What she did was she just hide behind Elena. She thought she is not ready to face him now..She was emotionally weak at that moment.

After paying the bill they have decided to go to a cafe to have coffee. They gave their order and took their seats. Elena was continuously talking about the party and her dress and the accessories that she is going to wear ..But Sona's mind was occupied with the thoughts of Dev..

They were served with their coffee..While sipping her coffee she felt a soft nudge on her hands...She turned to the side and her expression changed from a soft one to a shocked one.

Who will be the person responsible for the shocked state of Sona??Any guesses??
