Chapter 10

We finally finished packing and left the house. My parents had happily agreed, and had also allowed for Lili to stay in my room. As long as we don't do anything "stupid" they said. We got in the taxi and arrived at my house. My parents were waiting at the door, and Jackson stood on the stairs smirking and Lili. I gave him the - she's mine, touch her and I will kill you -stare.
"You must be lili!" My mom said and she nodded. They shook hands and started arranging the rooms for the kids. After that was done my parents went to make dinner, whilst lili and I took the kids to their bedrooms. Jackson disappeared in his room. The twins and Liam were staying in the guest bedroom at the end of the corridor. It had four single beds,and had a huge closet for the kids clothes. Whilst unpacking Liam kept complaining about how there were no dogs on the walls, and that he didn't like it here. But I knew he would like the neighbours. I took him downstairs where Lili and Mom were deep in conversation about shoes." Lili is it ok, If I take Liam over to the neighbours?" She nodded but looked confused " They have something Liam will love" She nodded then smiled " I'm sorry To have to interrupt our conversation, but I would love to come

My mum nodded and smiled. Liam looked absolutely clueless. We walked to the neighbours and explained the situation. They smiled and let us in. We followed them into a huge room. There on a pillow sat a little terrier. It was white but was covered in black and brown spots. It was small, probably only about four month old. Liam's eyes went big as he saw it and he ran up to it and hugged it. It licked his face and started jumping around Liam, who was laughing. Lili walked up next to me and put her head on my shoulder. "I have Never seen him this happy!" She said. I smiled and she smiled back. The next hour we spent taking to the neighbours and watching Liam play with the Puppy. It was called Spotts, and they had a special bond. When we had to go Liam was crushed, but the neighbours promised him that he could come over whenever he wanted. At dinner, Liam told everyone about the dog, and blabbered non stop about how fluffy he was. But I wasn't listening, as I was watching Jackson. He was staring at lili, who obviously found it very uncomfortable. She shifted on her seat, than Finally excused herself. As soon as we had finished and the kids were happily watching "frozen" I stormed into Jackson's room. He was listening to some rock band. And I slammed the door closed . He turned off the music and looked at me. "Why are you checking her out, she's mine!" I growled angrily. He stood up chuckling. He was taller than me, since he was a year older, and looked down at me. " I can do whatever I want little brother, and I like lili, so deal with it!" I punched him in his stomach and he fell on the bed moaning in pain. I walked out of the room annoyed. I walked into my room to find lili sitting in the corner writing something in a book. As soon as she saw me she snapped it closed and hid it behind her back. "There is no need o hide something from me, just tell me what it is!" She blushed then walked over to her suitcase and dropped it in. It was blue and had glitter all over it. "It's kind of like a diary, I right about my day and stuff. But I write in it incase I die someday, and My siblings don't know what happened . With this diary they are informed." I nodded then pulled her onto my lap and hugged her. She hugged back and lay her head on my shoulder. The door was opened and Liam came in. "Lili I have to do a number two!" He said and pulled her arm. She giggled than followed him out to the bathroom. A great way to ruin the Moment! I was very tempted to read what lili wrote in the diary. Maybe I can find out her feelings. And how she feels about me? I stopped myself and sat back down. It was not fair to do so. Lili will tell me someday,
when she feels like it. No need to snoop around. I grabbed a motorcycle magazine from my shelf and started reading it. Lili came back,
And sat down. She pulled out a book with the title "tiny feet but big brains" in Italian. I didn't know she could speak Italian! Another thing I didn't know about her! Soon enough Lili and I walked downstairs to put the kids to bed. They were curled to asleep the film still going. I carried the twins, whilst Lili carried Liam. We put them to bed, then lili have them all a goodnight kiss. We walked in silence into my room and Lili grabbed her clothes and ran into the bathroom to get changed. She emerged fifteen minutes later wearing a white and pink striped onesie. She looked so cute in it. I got changed and we both climbed into my bed. I put my arm around her and she rested her head on my arm. She smiled than closed her eyes and went to sleep. I smiled. I was the happiest person alive!
