My Childish Heart

~Chapter 5~

It was 2am in the morning

Taehyung POV

I can't sleep...my head hurts. This feels like a hangover but we never went out. I decided to go to Jungkook's room to check if he was okay. I saw him sleeping perfectly, I lay next to him which made me feel better, then I feel asleep. This is why I like JungKook being by my side. I hope he never leaves my side no matter what.

It's 7 am in the morning

JungKook POV

I found myself sleeping next to Taehyung. I felt weird being next to him, even if we lived with eachother our whole life but I still adored how cute he looks. I've realised I've never paid attention to that girl. I'm not really interested. Anyway I won't even see her until my exam and my graduation so it doesn't matter. I got up and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I'm glad I didn't have any concerns or me getting hit. I thought I would go see the members room.

"Hmm...let's go to Jin hyung's room, I know he's awake anyway"

I knock on the door and the door would open to see Jin in pink pjs which nearly made me laugh.

"Yah! Don't laugh at me! What are you doing here Kookie?"

" I wanted to see your room- Sorry! But I can't take you seriously in that"

I would laugh which made me fall to the ground. Jin hyung would stare at me coldly and slammed the door.

"Okay... I deserve that,  pink actually suits him. I think red is the best in my opinion."

I walk to a room to seems to be Hoseok's room. I knock, the door opens to see a very active J-Hope.

"Helloooo! My Kookie Maknae! How are you doing?"

"Hey hyung, can I see your room?"

"Sure! I was just cleaning my room anyway!"

I walked in and everything was so neat and tidied. I've never seen a room this clean. I mean V hyung never had a clean room, just clothes and anime posters which he was too lazy to put up.

" I love your room!"

"Thanks, you know what ,you should see Jin's room, he has a pet"

"Yeah about that..."

"What did you do now Kookie?"

" I may have made fun of his pink pjs and pissed him off making him close the door on me."

J-Hope would face palm and slowing clap for me.

"You should be glad that Jin doesn't hold a grudge."

"Yeah kind of like Suga hyung. Does he scare you too?"

"Yeah you have a point. I'm pretty sure all the members are scared of Suga."

"Obviously...Wait! I need to uh check on something!"

"Okay!"

I ran all the way to my room to check on Taehyung but he wasn't there. I started getting worried but then I saw a note:
"Don't worry about me Kookie! I've gone out to go shopping! I'll be extra careful!"

I felt relieved. I glad he's confident but anything could happen.

Taehyung POV

I went shopping so I could cook for the members. I kept on thinking on what to cook while I crossed the streets. The shops were quite far from the company but I prefer to work or that was just me lying because I actually don't know way around here so and I used a map to get there.

I bumped into this boy which made me fall. He didn't even say sorry and ran off. I already don't like this part of the neighbourhood, even the people here aren't nice. I went to him and pushed him to face me.

"Excuse me. You just bumped into me."

"So?"

The boy would say rudely.

"You can at least say sorry."

"Why should I?"

"Because you should. It's not kind and I never did anything bad to you."

"Make me."

The boy would punch me in the face. I just really pissed at started fighting, I already knew I was losing until I was on the ground. Suddenly I heard shouting from behind me. It was JungKook. JungKook ran up to the boy and started beating him up. Clearly JungKook was winning. I mean why wouldn't he win?

JungKook stopped and let go of boy. The boy ran with all he could. My heart was fluttering. Of course my knight in shining armour was here.

JungKook POV

I was so mad at the boy. If he beats up Taehyung again I'm going to beat him up into pieces. I looked down at Taehyung who had blood on his face which made me even angrier.

"YAH! KIM TAEHYUNG!"

"YOU THINK BEING NICE WON'T GET YOU BEAT UP!"

I knew Taehyung was shocked with his expression. He just looked down.

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING, KIM TAEHYUNG, IF I WASN'T HERE WHAT WOULD YOU DO?!"

Taehyung looked like he was gonna cry so I stopped shouting at him.

"Please be more careful...you know if something happens to you I'll be hurt too."

Taehyung cried and hugged me. I was really surprised but I didn't really care.

"T-thank you, Kookie."

"No problem, for now on I'm coming with you to go shopping."

"Okay"

I didn't want Taehyung to look like he was crying so I decided to wipe his tears away. I thought this could be the moment where I told my feelings but it wasn't the right time so I'll try again next time...

Taehyung POV

I've never saw JungKook that angry in my life. Does he really have feelings for me? Why does love have to be so hard? to control? Even so why did JungKook do this?  It was heroic and all but why?

"

Thank you for saving me earlier"

"No problem, you need to work on your fighting skills"

"I have good fighting skills...I think...I mean, I always let you win at arm wrestling"

"I totally believe that."

" I do let you win!"

JungKook would laugh. It made my heart flutter, When will we be together?
