A/N: Idk who this is from, but I just thought it was so awesome! Also, what kind of bug do you want to transform into? Tell me in the comments, pretty please!

"Master," Starscream spoke up hesitantly, "Might I ask what that was all about?"

You had just left the room a little shaken, surrounded by Hardshell and the rest of your fan club of a hive. Now, there was just a big, fat elephant in the room, waiting patiently to be addressed. Megatron's outburst had been sudden (but also kind of expected), though his calmness and charm was even more shocking. Who knew the warlord had it in him?

"Indeed Starscream. I am simply assuring that the newest addition to our ranks won't try anything like her predecessor did." Megatron answered. Nobody could forget that Airachnid, the original Insecticon Queen, had tried on multiple occasions to kill the Decepticon leader.

"I found your actions quite logical, sir. Now I shall return to my laboratory." Shockwave stated, leaving the room after you. The predacon would be introduced to you after you were settled down. A logical decision.

"Of course, master. But, um . . ." The seeker started to say. He ended up mumbling the last part, as it probably wasn't the time or place. Though he wanted to question the few events that happened before that, he chose not to.

"Lord Megatron, when do you think I should give her the Decepticon insignia?" Knockout piped up, changing the topic. The doctor did his best not to blurt out the same series of questions that had popped into Starscream's processor. He would enjoy seeing how you reacted to his charm.

"Whenever she is ready, Knockout. After that, I think we'll have a more intimate conversation." The warmonger replied. "And Starscream, gift her a tour of our new citadel, will you?" His sharp, toothy grin widened in a mischievous fashion. This raised all sorts of red flags that you had no way of knowing about. It was obvious Megatron saw something special in you, but how would he exploit it? And if that wasn't the case, what was?

Your chassis opened up to reveal your never-seen-before, pulsating and shining spark. The rest of the Insecticon hive did the same, excitedly revealing their own to you and their hivemates. Hardshell had suggested you bond with the hive before anything else took place. And, not wanting to disappoint, you willingly obliged.

For the good of the hive.

A sparkling pair of wires tendrils reached out from your spark, and soon, the same thing happened with the rest of them. The tendrils connected, and the bond formed slowly but surely. It was a beautiful sight, and all sorts of varying emotions charged into you. The Insecticons were displaying emotions of joy and pleasure. Bonding was a great experience for Bots and Cons alike. And when the people doing it did it willingly, it was an amazing event. You felt as if a whole new world had now been opened up to you.

Unfortunately, it soon had come to a close. Your new subjects closed their chassis in obvious sadness and disappointment. You could feel those emotions and tell who they were from, causing your optics to widen. Your spark had been euphoric to meet and greet other sparks of its species. You only wished you understood the concept of the ritual you'd just participated in, though you didn't need to ask to receive an answer.

"Now, you are one with us, my Queen. Let us fetch some energon to bring your energy levels back up." Hardshell announced. That was probably a good idea. You were pretty exhausted at the moment. You subconsciously lifted yourself off of the ground with your wings, and flew after the mech at his pace, with much of the hive close behind again. It had become a bit if a habit already, you supposed.

"I like her," Kickback happily whispered to Hardshell, "she's much less demanding. And less set on her own goals than ours than Airachnid was!" Kickback wasn't the best whisperer (no Insecticon was), so of course you overheard him. You had been introduced to all the important Cons on the Nemesis, so who was this Airachnid? Maybe the others would inform you, because it definitely wasn't an Autobot. Though, you had yet to run into any of them.

"Kickback, Hardshell." You spoke up after gaining a little confidence. The two acknowledged you immediately and bowed their heads in respect as you came closer to the energon storage. "Who's Airachnid?" The mechs exchanged glances before one of them gave an answer.

"She was the hive leader before you," Hardshell explained as your group entered the storage facility, "but she set her sights on her own ambitions, not the hives'. Soon enough, she was captured by Autobots, and hasn't been seen since. Don't worry though, my Queen, for we will find their base soon."

That hadn't exactly been what you were worried about, but the story had been informative enough for you. The Insecticons insisted you sit down and let them do the work, something which a middle class woman like you had never experienced. Having servants was a pretty unfathomable idea for you, but here you were, living a dream. An energon cube was handed to you, fresh from the dispenser. Guards at the door were joined by your own, and many decided to become your shockingly comfortable chair. They fawned over you and and laughed asked about how your experience was so far.

Did you miss your old life? Yeah.

Would you tell the others about it? Maybe not.

A/N: Who else listens to Glass Animals? Please don't let it be just me. "Life Itself" is an awesome song! Too bad I discovered "Youth" afterwards.
