~ All Star ~ (Garroth × Reader !ONE SHOT!)

Quick Author Note! This is my !VERY FIRST! one shot! I'm excited! Basically if you don't get the plot that's okay, it takes place in the year 2024 after a nuclear war earth became unstable for people, so a few space crafts were launched in hopes of starting new civilisation on a different planet :3 so.. Yea. Sorry for the super long AN! ENJOY!

Steam slowly seeped in from where the door opened. After 5 years of being frozen you were one of the first to wake up. Slowly you walk to the door, your legs wobbling from the lack of movement. You start walking down the steel plated hall. The metal floor was cold against your bare feet but all you wanted was to find another survivor awake. You hear the heavy footsteps of boots from an oncoming hall. Desperate to not be found yet you dive for a door- only to miss and fall to the ground. The boot steps get closer and eventually are right behind you. "Ah, I see you have woken. Let me help you." A voice with a British accent says- grabbing your arm and pulling you up. You look at the man who pulled you up. He had blonde hair and deep blue eyes. "Uh, thanks." You mutter looking down. His hand grabs your chin and males you look into his eyes. "I'm Captain Garroth Ro'Meave, and you are presumably a survivor, an I right?" He questions letting go of your chin. "C-captain?!" You squeak. He chuckles and smiles. "Yes, I'm a captain along with my brothers, now I must see to it that you get proper needs before you start work, come now, follow me- pardon my flaw, what's your name?" Garroth asks, grabbing your hand and squeezing it softly. "I-im Y/N.." You mumble. "Ah, beautiful name. Now let's go" He says starting to walk- your hand still captured within his.

You eventually reached a tall blue door. Garroth put in a pin code and the door slid open. Inside was a bed with a button pad. "Okay Y/N, this is your room until we get you a proper job." He nods before opening his mouth again. "That button pad is used to get stuff, the buttons should be labeled, if not, call me!" He walked off leaving you to walk over to the bed. Sitting down you pick up the button pad. Pressing the food one a small door opens in the wall- a plate of spaghetti sitting on a slider. "*Gasp* yes! I was so hungry!" You wail, grabbing the plate and greedily devouring it.

As you finished getting clothes, Water, food, and even Netflix. The blue door slid open again. In walked a brown haired boy with emerald green eyes. "Hello there Y/N, I'm Captain Vylad Ro'Meave, I was sent by Captain Garroth, he requests you in his office immediately." Vylad says, standing in the doorway. "B-but I don't kn-know where his office i-is.." You mumble looking at Vylad. "That's okay, I will escort you there," Vylad replies holding his arm out. Grabbing his arm the two of you make your way down the hall to Garroth's office.

Vylad presses his palm against a scanner and enters the office with you following. There sat Garroth looking at a set up of screens and codes. Finally Garroth turned around to you and Vylad. "Vylad you are dismissed," Garroth says. Vylad obeys and exits the room- leaving you to listen to Garroth. "Okay Y/N, I hope you enjoyed the luxury, but now I have found you a job." You nod at what he was saying slowly. "So your new Job is.... My personal assistant."

Your mind practically exploded! A captains assistant!? "R-really!" You say excitedly. Garroth nods with a smile. "Your uniform is in that closet, uh, don't worry, its not- skimpy?" He says with a laugh. You nod and take out the uniform- pants with a shirt- simple, comfortable. You smile to yourself and turn back to Garroth. "Can I put it on now?" You question as he sits down. "Yea, go ahead, I do have some assignments for you once you get it on," he replies typing something into a code box. You walk into the bathroom and pull the uniform on. "Its comfy!" You smile walking out of the bathroom. Garroth smiles back at you and hands you a small pile of papers. "This assignment is easy, just go back to the sleeping survivors and check on them, make sure they didn't die" he says as you take the papers. "Okay, but Captain-" "Call me Garroth" "sorry, Garroth, will I ever see other workers?" You question looking down at the papers. "Glad you asked, because you are my assistant you will he coming with me to check on the other workers. Now, go make sure no one died" you nod and run off to the survivor room.

You and Garroth both soon discovered you were NOT meant for this job.. Day 2 you tripped and made someone wake up 3 years early. Day 3 you mixed up documents. Day 4 you spilled coffee all over Captain Zane Ro'Meave.... You almost lost your job.
Yet- even though you keep slipping up, Garroth always makes sure you don't lose your job. Its almost as if he... Cared? Of course he cared.. Right? Right! You were having a argument in your head as Garroth walked into the room. "Really Y/N? You threw a book at Vylad?"

After a long conversation over the fact you threw a book at Vylad because he was; 'an evil turtle', Garroth was tired. "Y/N? Did you know that the fact that you became my assistant confused EVERYONE?"
You shook your head 'no'. "*sigh* Y/N, I knew you would do your best but.. There's more than one reason that I chose you to be my assistant.." Garroth starts. "Yes Garroth?" You plead, what did he have to say? "Y/N I.." He didn't get to say because Vylad walked in with ice on his forehead. "Garroth! Y/N... Uh, we got in more reports! Earth is stable! We sent out seekers and they said its completely stable! We can go home!" Vylad cries hugging Garroth. You sat back and watched as the two brothers celebrated. "Y/N! Can you believe it?" Garroth says grabbing your shoulders. "Its.. Its almost unbelievable.." You reply with a huge Grin. Garroth wraps you in a hug as Vylad runs off to supposedly wake up the other survivors. "Y/N I.. I.." Garroth starts. "Its okay Garroth, you can tell me," you say softly. "Well Y/N, the other reason I recruited you was so I could get closer to you.. Maybe gain your affection.." Garroth finally says looking away. You grab his chin much like he did when you awoke, and looked into his eyes. "Garroth, I.. I could say I feel the same way.." You reply as he smiles softly. "Y/N, If you count the All The Stars in the sky, I love you more than that," Garroth says softly. You blush lightly and kiss him. For once all was well in the world. And All The Stars Were Well
