"Jagi! Hurry, the game is about to start!" Jungkook yelled.
My boyfriend Jungkook and I have been together for five years now and I couldn't be happier.
"I'm coming!" I giggled.
I ran across the room holding two cans of soda and a bag of popcorn. I jumped onto the couch and grabbed the controller next to Jungkook's foot.
"I'm so going to beat you." He teased.
"We'll see." I replied.
I can't remember what we were playing, but it was getting super confusing. So, all I could do was hit random buttons and hope for the best. Jungkook laughed at me and breezed his way through the next level. So, I hit the buttons faster.
"Hey! How'd you do that?" He asked.
"It's a skill." I lied, I didn't really know what I was doing.
I was winning now and the game was close to the end. The last round was next and I took the lead with over 400 points.
Jungkook tossed his controller in defeat and locked eyes with me. He smiled and I returned it.
"Beginners luck." He said.
"I think your just jealous that you've been beaten by a girl." I teased.
He shook his head, still smiling. He scooted closer to me and I scooted away from him. He crawled his way up to me, causing me to lay on the couch. He towered above me and I smiled. I poked his stomach causing him to laugh.
"Sto-p i-t." He managed to get out through his laughter.
I laughed and looked at him. He scanned the features of my face and slowly bent down to place a soft kiss on the tip of my nose. I balled his shirt in my fists and pulled him closer to my face. His lips slowly meeting mine. His hand ran down my leg. He laid next to me, not breaking the kiss.
When we pulled away, I ran my fingers through his hair as we looked at each other. I pulled the blanket from the back of the couch. It was warm and fuzzy. I covered us up.
"You're so beautiful." He said.
"I love you, Jungkook." I said softly.
My eyes began to feel heavy as I watched the boy laying in front of me. His soft skin seemed to glisten in the light that came through the window.
My eyes were shutting as Jungkook pulled me closer to him. I was fast asleep, which felt good.
~~~~~~~~
When I woke up, Jungkook was gone. I looked at my phone to reveal the time. 7:45 p.m.
I got up to use the bathroom. On the mirror was a small sticky note.
Meet me at the lighthouse when you wake up. Hope you had a nice sleep.
~Jungkook xxI smiled and tidied myself up. I pulled my shoes on and walked out into the chilly night's air. The lighthouse was walking distance, so I left my car in the garage.
When I arrived, the time on my phone read 8:03. I looked along the sand to see a figure about 50 feet away, facing the water. I walked up to them, it was Jungkook. I wrapped my arms around his waist and laid my cheek on his back.
He giggled lightly and turned around, still in my grip. He wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead.
"You made it." He said.
"Of course." I smiled.
"Well." He said. "I just wanted to say thank you."
"For what?" I asked.
"For everything. You make me the happiest man alive. Y/N, I couldn't see myself without you. We've been together since our Junior year and it's been the best five years ever. Having you as my girlfriend is an honor."
He let go of me and reached into his hoodie pocket, pulling out a small velvet box. He bent down.
"But making you my wife would be even better. Y/N, will you give me the honor to be your husband? Will you marry me?" Jungkook asked.
The tears in my eyes blurred my vision and I couldn't hold them back anymore.
"Yes Jungkook. Yes!" I said. He stood up and we hugged each other, crying.
"Thank you so much Y/N." He cried. He slipped the ring on my finger and I wiped away the tears running down his pale skin.
