"this is hansol's house ," jeonghan stated.

seungkwan went pale as he analysed the exterior of hansol's house. run down , wallpaper ripping off and discoloured walls. a shiver went down seungkwan's spine. he wondered how hansol managed to live in such a devastating condition.

as seungkwan hesitantly took a step forward , the other 11 boys warily glanced at seungkwan. seungkwan suddenly stopped and his hand started shaking as he tried to knock on the front door.

"i.. i cant do this ," seungkwan huffed out and brushed his hair through his hair.

seungkwan felt a hand on his shoulder and turned back. seungcheol was there , giving him a warm smile , whispering out a "take your time , you can do it."

seungkwan then turned around and finally knocked on the door thrice. "hello ? is anybody home ?" seungkwan said.

silence.

and then some muffled shouts.

"help ! help !"

"hansol ! he's in here !" seungkwan informed the others.

seungkwan wanted to barge in and hug hansol , telling him that he is fine but a hand held his shoulder and pulled him back. seungkwan let out short screech. he looked back to see all his friends looking at him worryingly. they gave seungkwan he 'are you sure you wanna do this ?' face. seungkwan nodded firmly because stepping into the house.

the floor let out a very loud and high-pitched creak. suddenly everything went dead silent ; so silent that seungkwan could hear the ringing and his heartbeat in his ears. after a while , the ringing stopped and seungkwan stepped his other foot in . suddenly , a screech coming from the room upstairs broke his train of thoughts.

"hansol !"

the others rushed in and chased after seungkwan who darted for the room where the screech came from. seungkwan faltered for a second in front of the door. should he break down the door ? or wait for the others ? fuck it , im just gonna break down this door. seungkwan thought. one , two , three. seungkwan winced a little when there was a stinging pain on his foot.

"hansol !"

"h-help me , p-please."
