(Y/N) took a breather as she was at the entrance of Shinjuku then continued running as she heard an explosion and metal clashing against each other.
Although, the sight before her made her gasp.
" M-Mika...? "
Yuu and Mika panted heavily as they stared at each other.
" Y-You're... "
" Yuu-chan? "
" What are you doing?! Hurry up and activate the curse now and kill him! Hurry! " Guren shouted at Yuu.
" Eh? But- "
" Tsk! Dammit! " Guren grabbed his sword and swung it at Mika who jumped just in time and landed roughly.
Guren then proceeded to punch Yuu.
" Damn you! Why didn't you kill him?! " Guren asked angrily.
" Uh, um... " Yuu stuttered just as Guren froze and blood dripped out of his mouth.
" Are you ok? " Yuu asked worriedly as he grabbed Guren's shoulders but quickly released his hold as Guren shot him a death glare.
" Stop with your stupid worrying and focus on your enemies, idiot. This is a battlefield! "
" BAKA-YUU! What do you think you were doing?! You could've killed him just now! " Mitsuba shouted angrily at Yuu as the team ran towards the pair.
" Why didn't you activate the curse?! "
" Yuu-kun, what's wrong? "
" Mika...my family...is with the vampires... " Yuu muttered as he turned to face Mika who looked at Yuu with an unreadable expression.
Ferid stood next to Mika, smirking.
" Oi! Are you...Are you really Mika? " Yuu asked as he slowly stepped forward with tears streaming down his cheeks.
Mika said nothing as he stood up.
" Y-You're...You're really- "
" MIKA! " a feminine voice shouted.
(Y/N) was seen running towards the group.
" Mika! What are you doing with the vampires?! " (Y/N) asked as tears pooled around her eyes.
" Wow, it's been a while Yuichiro Hyakuya, (Y/N) (L/N). I hope you still remember me. " Ferid's voice made the two snapped their heads towards his direction.
" Ferid... " the two hissed his name with venom.
" What a fateful reunion for the three of you! I'm almost in tears. So, what now? You're precious family over there are probably being used by the humans. " Ferid asked Mika who had a determined expression on his face.
" Obviously I'll save them. "
" From the ugly hands of the humans? "
Mika nodded.
" But Yuu-chan's a human too. Humans can never be a vampire's friend. "
Mika gritted his teeth as the team watched Ferid talking to Mika. Ferid then punched his open palm with his clenched fist.
" Oh, I know. You're probably going to do the same thing like what Krul did to you, you will ask me to help turn Yuu into a vampire then the three of you will- "
Mika cut Ferid off as he placed his hand on Ferid's throat with an angry expression.
" I'll kill you if you lay your hands on them. " Mika hissed out.
