Chapter 20 - Moment

Previously

The moment lasted for several minutes before the two parted. Both staring at each other lovingly. The door soon opened to reveal Krul Tepes with a smirk on her face.

" Ah, just the two half-vampires I was looking for. "

Present

" Mika, I need you to stay outside for a bit. You can go rest or train while I have a chat with (Y/N). That's an order. " Krul emphasised the word 'order' as she glanced at Mika.

Mika with no choice but to comply,  simply sighed before kissing (Y/N) on the forehead and reluctantly left her in the room with Krul.

The moment the door shut behind Mika, Krul immediately hugged (Y/N) to her chest.

" Are you all right my sweet (Y/N)? The humans didn't hurt you that bad, did they? " she cooed softly as (Y/N) struggled against Krul's grip.

" Krul~ I'm not a baby nor am I a child~ " (Y/N) whined childishly as she flailed her arms.

The two had their moment before the atmosphere turned back to all seriousness.

" So, what happened with the humans? "

(Y/N) scoffed.

" Just a bunch of greedy humans. Y'know, I kinda have a weird feeling around Guren. Its just always at the back of my mind coz my too dumb self decided that he was the good guy. "

" Now, how was Mika while I was gone? I'm pretty sure you're the one who turned him, aren't you? " (Y/N) narrowed her eyes as they flashed dangerously.

" Didn't know it would be that obvious. " Krul said with sarcasm laced in her voice and crossed her arms.

" You will always be my little songbird and he will always be my pet dog. He only drinks my blood cause he refuses to become a full fledge vampire. Does his duties well enough though so I can't complain. "

" When is the next time you are going to send them out? I wanna be a part of it. " (Y/N) grinned mischievously.

" Patience. I'm sure you're itching to find Mika so go ahead. I'll inform you when it's time. " Krul said and immediately, she was alone in the room as (Y/N) had rushed off in search for Mika.

" And use protection! " Krul added with a laugh

Mika slowly opened his eyes just to see a pair of (F/C) and crimson red eyes gazing at him lovingly.

" Mika, you're awake! " (Y/N) cried out happily and hugged him tightly.

" Oh, (Y/N). I've missed you so much. " Mika buries his face into the crook of her neck and hugged her tightly.

" So did I, Mika. So did I. I hope Ferid wasn't much of an annoying ass to you, was he? " (Y/N) caressed his soft blonde locks as they locked into a warm embrace.

" It was fine but I'm just happy to be with you here right now. At least you're away from those greedy— " Mika was cut off by (Y/N) who kissed him passionately.

She broke it off and laid her hand on his cheek.

" Please. Let's not mention anything about those disgusting creatures. Let us just have this moment to ourselves with no one else. " pleaded (Y/N).

" Your wish is my command. " Mika smirked lightly before the two fell into a tangle of limbs for the rest of the night.

OMG GUYS. SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING IN A LONG WHILE. Ahem, so I planned to update earlier but I got sick with fever and vomited a few times so I wasn't that well and had to catch up with my studies since my exams start next week :( And I swear that math is killing me. Anyways, sorry for the short chapter coz I focused this as a short break before writing all of the good stuff later on. Oh and I'm sorry for not writing a lemon for you guys to enjoy(I know you all were hoping for it *wink* *wink*) but you just have to wait for it later on.
