Chapter 31, Prom dress shopping and flashers

Nicki's POV,,

"I really don't like this shop" I said as me Mum, the girls, Angie, Dad and the boys ,not including Harry and Danny and Ross, all stood outside a dress shop. 

"Why the fuck not, i swear to god Nicki you would think you had a dick between your thighs you hate girly stuff so much" Angie said and everyone laughed and i shook my head. 

"You don't know i don't have one" I laughed and everyone shook their heads "Now that i think about it, you would have because Harry would run a mile"

"I would too" Niall said and we laughed "Just come in the shop to look princess, we have just about been to every shop in London"

"Okay" i sighed and they all smiled as we made our way into the shop with Dad and Mum holding my hands. We got in and a posh lady with those type of glasses that had the like chain at the side and they hung down the bridge of her nose. 

"Hello how can i help you all today" She asked with a posh voice, poshy woshy. 

"Hi my daughter would like to look at your prom dresses" Mum said smiling at the lady. 

"Right come this way" She instructed and walked away making us jog a bit to catch up "This whole side is prom/ball dresses, take a look and shout on me when you are wanting to try anything on"

"Thanks" I said and she nodded before walking into a room shutting the door. 

"Okay now look" Sophia said and i rolled my eyes as i started skimming through all the dresses. 

No,no,nope,never,ugly,no way, no no nope, oh....nope, i thought as i looked through them all and let a sigh escape my lips. I looked through them all to i came to one, it was actually pretty nice and it wasn't that expensive. I picked it up and showed everyone it and they all smiled. 

"That's it, that's better than mine" Angie said nodding looking at the dress as i laughed. 

"I need to try it on first" i said and they nodded we called for the lady and i showed her the dress i wanted to try on and she nodded and led me to a fitting room. 

"I'm going to help you change into it love, if that's okay" she asked and i nodded as she pulled the curtain over and started helping me change into it. 

"There, you look stunning" She said and i smiled at her in the mirror as i looked at my self. She opened the curtain and i walked out as everyone stopped talking and stared at me. 

"What? do you not like it?" i asked and they all shook their heads as Mum started blubbering and came over hugging me. 

"It feels like its your wedding day" She said and i laughed. 

"No believe me you have a while to wait for that, the one wedding anytime soon is going to be you and Dad" I said and they laughed. I decided o take it off and changed back into my clothes as i walked to the till with it in my hands. 

"Would you like to buy this dress" The lady asked taking it off me and i nodded "Right well that is £489 please"

I went to take my card out but dad stopped me and i raised a eyebrow. 

"I want to buy you it, you need your money for uni" He said and i laughed letting him pay as he gave me the box and we walked out the shop. We all headed back to the van apart from Angie who was going home. 

"Does she know what you did with Noah?" Liam asked as we watched her Mum drive away. 

"No, she would kill me" I said and sighed. 

"Nicki she's your best friend" Sophia said and i nodded. 

"I know and i did it because she is my best friend, he was just going to keep coming back and he would ruin her life. I couldn't let that happen" i said and they nodded understanding me "Al tell her eventually that me and Uncle Pat caught him"
