A mate? Who needs one?

Part one.

'Run, Axel. Never return. I'm sorry I couldn't protect you from the Alpha, he's just too strong for me. I want to keep you safe though. You're a fast runner, and now it's time to prove it.'

Tia caresses my cheek as tears roll down hers. I hold her close as she takes me as far as she can with me on her back in her wolf form. She set me down and gave me one last hug before we parted ways. I ran, as far as I could as fast as possible. I tripped on a stump causing me to roll down the hill, hitting a tree stump on my way down. I'm weak, and I can't move the darkness is surrounding me. I see two figures above me picking me up before I fully blacked out.

'He's covered in scars and bruises, and he's a species that I've never seen before so I'll have to investigate him when he's fully healed. Keep an eye on him you two.' A female stated.

'Where did you find him again?'

'In the woods while we were picking berries and he was rolling down the hill and that's when we brought him to you.' A boy said.

I struggled to open my eyes and when they hear the bed creak as I sat up everyone turned there heads and looked at me with signs of relief.

"Hello little boy, how are you feeling?" The nurse asked me.

I didn't say anything, but I rose my hand up to my throat and shook my head.

And I'm not that small, I'm 5ft.

"I don't think he can talk." One of the boys said. The nurse looked around the room thinking. She rose her finger in the air and said, "Aha! Leon get me a pen and a notepad! He can write it down."

This was a horrible idea. What person writes down what their thinking?

Leo or whatever his name is ran back to the room that I was in, in thirty seconds flat. In that time my eyes were starting to sting me.

It's my coloured contacts, I wore them to seem normal from my pack. They were blue, but my eye natural colour is light purple. I'm not sure why they are that colour but I just have to live with it.

Ok my eyes are really burning now. I decide to take them out. The three people turned back to me and they froze. I gave them a confused look. "Dude, your eyes. They're purple." The other guy gaped that looked like Leon.

I wrote down on the notepad that I was given 'I know they're that colour, I was born with it. Now can you stop looking at me like I have 5 million arms and introduce yourselves like normal humans.'

They stood shocked at us and backed away from me a bit before introducing themselves.

"Well Ok, I'm nurse Morgana and I'm the nurse obviously, judging my uniform. And this is the NorthernEye pack. These are the Alpha's sons." Nurse Morgana said as she pointed to the twins. They were the ones that had that sweet smell on them.

"Well we're the Cenygram twins." The two boys said.

"I'm Leon Cenygram. The older one."
The first boy pointed out.

"Baka! Only by a minute! Why do you always have to point out that your older than me? Anyway, I'm Loki the younger one." The other boy huffed. "What's your name?"

I looked down and wrote down on the notepad 'Axel'.

"Axel huh? Say Axel do you know what species you are because Leon and I are both Eastern wolves, Morgana over there is a Golden jackal. However, we've never seen your species before." Loki ensured.

To be honest I don't know what type of species I am, I've only known the Woodland pack because they raised me. But not as their own, as their slave. Their pet. But I couldn't complain because I had a home.
Tia was the only one that loved me.

She told me that she lost her son at birth and when she found me she was more than great for that. She was like a mother to me, and I loved her with all my heart.

Just the thought of how she grew to love me made me cry. Tears started to swell in my eyes, until they eventually rolled down my cheek.

I quickly wiped them away, because I would think that Tia is like this as well an she told me to stay strong. She was the only one who I told my feeling to. Everyone else I was so cold to.

I miss her so much. I hope she will come back to get me. But who would want a boy like me?
