Ice Cream (hiatus)

9. Flame

Hoseok helped Jimin carry Jungkook into their room. Yoongi had regained consciousness, luckily, but Taehyung was still injured. He looked extremely weak and pale. Hoseok grew worried as to why exactly they hadn't called the police or an ambulance.  "Shouldn't we call an ambulance for him?" Hoseok asked loudly. There was a hint of anger in his voice.

"No," said Taehyung, Yoongi and Jimin simultaneously.

"So all of you know what's going on!" Hoseok was so confused and anxious. "Can you all explain to me now what's happening? Who else knows? Do the managers know? Does Namjoon and Jin know?"

"It's only Namjoon and Jin. No one else knows." Jimin stated.

"And what exactly is all this? And why havent I or.." Hoseok looked at Jungkook knocked out on the bed, "we been informed of this? Because either I'm hallucinating—which I doubt—or Yoongi just levitated a bunch of people in the air with his hands and just murdered a bunch of people. His eyes turned black! Oh and I'm pretty sure Jungkook murdered people, too. All while he was glowing like a freaking lamp!"

At this point Hoseok was yelling at everyone, and wanted answers quick.

Everyone seemed to just look at eachother silently and it was testing Hoseok's patience. "Will someone please answer me?"

Jimin got up and approached him, "Please, Hoseok-hyung.. just calm down. We just wanted to protect—"

"Protect? Protect me by what? I have no idea who those guys were that seemed hell bent on capturing me for some reason? So why are those people after me? It makes no sense, if you all are the ones with these—"

"Not all of us have—"

"Then can you just explain it to me?!" Hoseok was yelling loud now.

"Please just—" Jimin looked to Yoongi who nodded for him to just say it, "Me and Taehyung aren't like you guys. We were only trying to keep you all safe. Those guys.. I don't know how they found out—"

"We are goddamn idols, if they were going to 'find out' anything, we literally have a spotlight on us. What—wait. 'You guys'? What do you mean by your mission is to protect 'you guys'?" Hoseok questioned.

"Hyung.." Jimin trailed, "I.. we.. we were all supposed to be dead..you don't remember anything, but you.. you turned back time.."

Hoseok almost fell from shock, "What.." his voice became shaky and darkened. "What do you mean we were supposed to all be dead?"

"Not you.." Jimin looked at Yoongi then back at Hoseok, "It was a plane crash.. you didn't go on it because you and Jungkook were sick with the flu. Though the rest of us.."

Hoseok tried to think back, not believing a word of it. He really couldn't remember any of it.

"At the time Yoongi had also been feeling sick but insisted he was fine. Two members not going was already too much.. and back then he wasn't really sure about his visions.. so he didn't warn us of his bad feeling before we were already taking off. He saw you and Jungkook watch us take off from the airport and then.. you watched the plane.. "

Jimin watched as Hoseok turned around, running his hands over his face. He let out a frustrating sigh, and Jimin could only guess what was going through his head. Jimin voiced out, "It's the whole reason you unconsciously always overthink situations and the reason Jungkook has problems letting go of things and places."

Hoseok fell to his knees. "When was this anyway?..There's—there's no way.. I.."

"Almost two years ago. When you turned back time, all of us forgot what had happened. Yoongi was the only one who really remembered it. After realizing what had happened, he didn't want to keep his feelings a secret anymore, so he told Namjoon, then he told Jin, then Taehyung and I heard it. None of us believed him but after seeing him demonstrate his other abilities, there was just no reason for us to doubt it. If we still hadn't believed him, he could've showed us. Luckily we did. Yoongi also had a vision about people coming after us sometime in the near future, he felt the balance was off, so when we weren't dancing or singing, we trained to fight. We aren't professionals but we tried. We were going to tell you.. but.. you both had already acted like it never happened and completely had forgotten about it. It just got harder and harder to tell you.."
