CHAPTER 18

HANA
Few days has passed, and it's already weekend. Nothing much has changed, except Shinyoung and her friends didn't disturb us anymore. Thankfully.

But Taehyung's grandma is still in the hospital and Taehyung is already came back to the school. But, everyday, after school, he would go to the hospital to take care of his grandma. Sometimes, we would go too, with him.

"are you ready yet?" I asked Yoojung as she got out from her room. After she left her house for good, I took her to my place to stay here.

At first, I thought she didn't agree staying with me, but surprisingly, she straightly agreed. I told my mom about her and making she badly want to meet Yoojung. So today, since my mother is in Korea, we decided to meet.

"yeah.." Yoojung said, but I can sense her uneasiness. I smiled to her. "don't be nervous. I'm sure you will like my mom and I'm also sure that my mom will love you." I said.

Taking my phone on the table in front of the TV, I walk to the door with Yoojung behind me.

Both me and Yoojung finally reached the restaurant that we've promised to meet my mom. "Hye, my name is Jieun. Did you made a reservation?" the girl smiled. She seems a mixed. Because her face is not like the typical Korean girl. Her skin is a little bit tanned and have a very beautiful smile.

I smiled to the girl and nodded. "yeah. Reservation under Mrs. Lee Hyerin?" I asked her and she checked the book in front of her. "please follow me." she said and we did.

Jieun took us to the table where my mother is, but she's not there. "her bag is here." I muttered looking at the familiar Carlo Rino bag. By that time, Jieun already leave us to her place.

"let's just sit here first." I told Yoojung and she just nodded. I noticed that girl hasn't talk since we leave the apartment. Maybe she still nervous. I just shrugged. "Hana?" then I heard the voice that belong to the person that I really missed.

When I turned around, my mom's smiling face greeted my eyes. Without a word, I attack her with my bone-crushing hug.

It's been a while we haven't meet. She's always busy with the company and her boutique, while I'm busy with my school life. I'm so grateful that she still remember and care for me. My tears unconsciously fell.

"I've missed you so much, mom." I said on her shoulder. We totally ignored the looks from other customers in the restaurant. "me too, sweetheart, me too." I heard her voice muffled.

Slowly, we released each other's hug and I see my mom smiled again. Finally.... I missed her smile so much. She did sent me her selcas everyday but looking in the phone is not the same looking at the real one.

I saw my mom's eyes darted behind me. I totally forgot about that. I cleared my throat and smile. "mom, this is Yoojung." my mom's smile widened and walk towards her. "Hana told me about you already. Thank you for being Hana's friend, Yoojung." she said before hugging Yoojung.

I saw her eyes widened making me chuckled at her expression. When my mom released the hug, Yoojung stared down. "actually, thank you to Hana, because she's the one who wants to be my friend, even I'm ju-" "don't say that. I know both of you will be good friends." my mom smiled.

"so, let us sit down and eat."

For the next three hours, we had a really great time. We talked, laugh and share stories. Just like mom and daughter-scratch that daughters time. "so Hana," my mom started. "do you have a boyfriend already?" I chocked. The orange juice that I drank nearly bursted to Yoojung's face.

"mom!" Yoojung and mom laughing so hard. She gave me a heart attack! "what? Is it wrong? I'm just asking ya'know~" she sang, drinking her wine and winking at Yoojung. Making the girl laugh more.

I rolled my eyes. Why does mom bring up the question.

Then, I don't know why, where it came or how does it came, Taehyung's face came into my mind and making my heart pounding at unusual rate. He accidentally kissed my forehead, hugged me, and we had a lot good time together.

Lee Hana, you just fell for Taehyung.

Good news, I found my book back and I'll be updating my story since its holiday!!!!!!!! YEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
