The Better Days With You

CHAPTER 38

After what happened, the boys didn't let Hana and Yoojung from their sight. When the lunch bell rang, the boys already waiting in front of the girls' class. "let's go~" Hoseok sang swung both his arms on the girls' shoulder before dragging them to the cafeteria, ignoring Jimin and Taehyung who are yelling at him.

While Hoseok just grin at them before turning to Hana and Yoojung. "it's fun to make them jealous." he said making the girls chuckled at him.

When they enter the cafeteria, all eyes automatically at them. Specially at Hana and Yoojung. "you know what, I'm starting to hate the boys because they hanging too much with the girls." Hana's ears caught one of the students and look at Hoseok who's already uncomfortable face, before she look at Yoojung. 

Both of them then release themselves from Hoseok. "we're sorry." Yoojung mumbled. Jimin who heard the students walks over the girl and took her hand. "don't listen to them. They don't know what exactly the real story and just let the time do it's job." he smiled making his eyes closed. 

"yeah, well, what can you expect. The plain dumbasses that believed in some snake's story."

HANA

I can't believe this boy just dissed the whole school. That's Yoongi for you. "go back with your food and don't ever interfere people's business next time. Just watch mouth or it will come back around." he continued before walking towards us with his gummy smile, which I responded with my own smile. He then slung his arm on my shoulder. "Jimin's right. Don't worry about it." He stated.

Taehyung then came, glaring at Yoongi's arm before taking my hand and dragged me towards our usual table.

"so, what happened?" Namjoon asked. The food is already on the table and all of them are gathered a little bit closer to us. "I feel like it was bad." Jungkook stated, who's hasn't spoken.

So Yoojung filled them up and not leaving a single detail about it, while I stayed quiet in my seat. Suddenly I felt squeezed on my hand and I turned to Taehyung who had a hard expression. When I look up at everyone, they also have the same expression. "I'm sorry Yoojung, but your grandparents are already lost their minds." said Jungkook who already fisted his hands.

"no offense taken, though. I hate them too." Yoojung chuckled. But her chuckled sounds different. Between chocked and scoffed. Clearly she disappointed and angry at the same time with her grandparents.

Then I feel another squeeze from Taehyung and I turned to him. He was staring at me and he look doesn't really happy. Clearly. He touch my stinging cheek gently and stared into my eyes. The eyes that make me drown every time I stared at it. "are you okay?" he asked softly. My heart melts at that. "I'm fine." I said softly, smiling in assuring at him. I then hold his hand that resting on my cheek.

"aww~ even honey are jealous with them?" Seokjin suddenly cooed making me blush and Taehyung released his hand, taking the water in front of him.

"did you guys kissed yet?" Taehyung chocked on his water while my blush deepened. While Seokjin gasped at Najoon question. "hey, Namjoon. In case you forgotten, we have a child here." he scold while placing his both hands on Jungkook ears making the youngest groaned. We burst into laughter.

The dreadful day ended not so smoothly. Means school ended but still with the look and whispers towards them are still buzzing in the air. Hana slammed her locker shut. "I can't help but to feel like a celebrity here. Everywhere we goes, there will be gossip and paparazzi. Even in the cubicle!" the girl exclaimed making Yoojung laugh. "what can I say, we are pretty popular in here." Yoojung can't help but to agree with Hana. 

They left the building and walk to the school gate where the boys will be waiting.

the best that they can do this time is ignore the students, even sometimes, it makes Hana want to explode. Instead she calm herself and think rationally. Just like Jimin said, just let the time do it's job.

Meeting the boys at the school gate, they begin their journey to their part-time jobs. They decided to save the money for their group vacation.
