CHAPTER 30

The next day, Hana and Yoojung went to the school together as usual. But Yoojung noticed there's something with Hana. Based on the eyebag under her eyes, she knew that her best friend is lack of sleep. And she wonder what made her like that...

"what happened to you?" Yoojung can't help to ask as she look at Hana in concern.

Hana look like a walking dead body. The visible dark circle like panda, didn't help too. All that thanks to the incident yesterday. She did told Yoojung what happened, but she skipped their almost-kissed.

"Hana, you're spacing out. Again."

The girl just smiled weakly to her best friend before shook her head. "I'm okay." she assured.

When they enter the school ground, all eyes are on them. They tried to ignore the stares, but can't help but to think,

what the hell is happening?

Suddenly, Shinyoung burst out from the school building and sprint towards the both of girls who had their confused face. Not to mention her fury face.

"she look red." Yoojung whispered to Hana, making the girl chuckled, despite her condition.

"you think it's funny?" Shinyoung furiously asked.

The students already gathered around them to watch the commotion. The two girls who are baffled, surprised at Shinyoung's sudden burst.

"if you're asking about your face, then it is." Yoojung spontaneously replied, making Hana shocked, but then she felt so proud to her friend.

Shinyoung who's glaring at Hana then darted her glare to Yoojung. But the girl didn't faze at all.

"shut up, you plastic. Don't you think I don't know about the plastic surgery? I mean, look at you it's clearly visible!" she pointed at Yoojung's eyes.

Yoojung scoffed before she grabbed Shinyoung's fingers. "this," she said looking deadly into the girl's eyes who's already cowering under Yoojung.

"if you ever, pint or touch with this filthy hands of yours, I won't hesitate to break it for you." Yoojung growled before releasing the girl's hand harshly.

Yoojung grabbed Hana's hand then dragged her to the building, but stopped when they heard Shinyoung.

"yah! I'm not done with you!"

Hana decided to turn around and face Shinyoung. But regretting when Shinyoung's palm made a great impact to her cheek. And gasps can be heard around them. Also some snickers.

Hana was shocked. Like really shocked til her body and brain didn't functioning.

"what do you thing you're doing?!" she heard Yoojung, but didn't do anything since she still in shocked.

"please don't act so innocent, Hana." Shinyoung scoffed before looking at Yoojung, pointing at Hana.

"you should asked that to your friend here. She stole my boyfriend! She stole Taehyung from me!"

Shinyoung yelled just like a woman who just being dumped by her husband.

"I'm warning you. Stay away from Taehyung. She's mine!" the girl growled.

Just when Hana heard the boy's name, she felt like a cold water just splashed on her face and quickly snapped her head to the furious girl.

"if you really want him, then fine! He's all yours!" Shinyoung smirked, thinking that she won the battle.

To be honest, Hana didn't even mean all those, because she knew Taehyung like her, and she like Taehyung.

Hana glared at Shinyoung. "touch me again, I don't hesitate to break your hands." Hana warned before getting into the building.

Suddenly she heard Shinyoung shriek, when turn around, Yoojung smirking while walking towards her.

"what did you do?" Hana asked her best friend, eating to look at Shinyoung, but Yoojung quickly held Hana's shoulder and pulled her into the building. "let's just say, I warned her."

Hana shook her head. She still surprised with Yoojung's new personality, but at the same time, she also proud of her. But deep down there, Hana knew, there's still shy Yoojung.

Suddenly, Yoojung halted her steps before turning around. "oh, and by the way, Taehyung just used you for distraction!"

Hearing that, Shinyoung yelled then walk away with her minions behind her.

Hana went straight to the toilet and without wasting time, she splashed the cold water on her face, ignoring the thin make up she wears.

Taking a deep breath, she stared at her reflection in the mirror. Her cheek was still red and sting. For a spoiled girl, Shinyoung does really have a strong hit.

Hana hissed when her finger made a contact to her cheek.

"are you okay?" Yoojung asked as she enter the toilet. Her face showed concern.

With a small smile, Hana nodded.

"it's just a slap, I can take it. Plus it's not that hurt. She slap like a child."

Hana laugh. But only she knew how hurt it is.

Suddenly a girl stepped inside the toilet. First, the girl shocked when she saw Hana and Yoojung inside, but then she smiled.

"you should've beat her up back there." the unknown girl said, making the two girls chuckled.

"oh, believe me, I wanted to. But I just don't want to make a scene." Hana said splashing again her face with the cold water.

"it's already a scene when it comes to the girl." this time the three of them burst into laughter.

"I'm Han Hyerin, by the way." the girl introduced herself.

"oh, I'm-"

"I know who you guys are." Hyerin cut Hana, with a chuckled.

"you're Taehyung's girlfriend, right?"

Hana chocked her own spit. "w-what? I'm not." she said sheepishly, then look at Yoojung. But she just smirked at Hana. Making the girl helpless.

"well Hyerin, I think we're going to be partner in crime."
