My cell phone rings from the center console. Incoming Call: Nate
Putting the car in park, I take the call. " Hello my love," I say my index finger twisting my keychain, " You sound enthusiastic, how'd court go today?"
Do I tell the news now? Instead of giving in I rack my brain for something not giving away the news, " How'd the baby do while I was gone?" Nate mutes himself, "Nothing I couldn't handle, a few accidents occurred."
