* Chapter 20 - Breaking Point
*Blaire's POV
i woke up pain in my whole body, my head throbbing .. i remembered what happened , then it hit me.
"Zac!" i shouted
" He is still unconscious Heiress, and with the silver I injected you won't be able to shift " an old man said.
"what do you want?!" i snapped at him
" if i were you i'll keep my mouth shut, you are not in the place to shout " he said while grabbing my jaw..
"finally i get to kill you, your kind killed my daughter, it's unfair that you could live with supernatural powers while we humans live with fear! " he shouted and grabbed my hair
"Step away from her!" Zac shouted
he was now standing furiously. his eyes red ..
what the?
in just a blink of an eye , Zac was motioning his hands up and the old man was being lifted to the ground,
then a little girl appeared in front of me. she touched my cheek and i felt, dizzy, air was sucked out of me .. but i managed to go through the waves of pain. the little girl showed me visions. and i saw everything that happened to her.
"Zac wait stop!"i shouted
"what?! why would i stop? he is the one who killed you parents Blaire" he replied
" wh-o killed who?" the old man said while still catching his breath through the tight grip of Zac in his throat
"he didn't kill them Zac so put him down" i stated, Zac released his grip and put him down .. Zac ran towards me and hold on my waist protectively..
"Your daughter Samantha showed me visions of what happened to her , let me show you.". i closed my eyes and show the visions that her daughter shared me.
" i- i didn't know , i thought all this time , all these years, i blamed moon star crescents for the death of my daughter, i killed half of your population .. i killed innocent people all of that , useless, i didn't know that it was a witch, that it was my wife's sister" he said, tears streaming down his face
" so you know that you should stop now! if it's not you then who killed my parents?!" i shouted
" i dont know. i made it clear to my men that they should go and grab you. not your parents" he said
then we heard a gun click behind us .. ~
