It had been a week since the Johnny and Dora situation, we were now on a squad vacation at Boyle's beach house. Although, this time captain didn't come, he had plans with Kevin when we decided to have it. Things with Jake and I have been awkward we both made a silent agreement not to bring up the kisses again but it hasn't been the same.

"I'm going to the hot tub, join me if you want," I say grabbing a bottle of beer.

I hear a mainly no's so I make my way outside by myself. I put my beer down and put my shirt off revealing my bikini top, I then peel my pants off showing off my matching bikini bottoms.

"Can I join you?" I hear Jake ask as he slides open a glass door.
"Uh, sure," I reply grabbing my beer and getting into the hot tub.

I watch as Jake lifts his t-shirt over his head and joins me in the hot tub with a beer in hand.
"Hey," Jake says as he slips into the hot tub.
"Hey," I smile awkwardly.

We sit in silence besides bubbling of the water both sipping our drinks until Jake says, "We need to talk."
"Yeah," I agree. "About the kisses, they didn't matter. We were just undercover and needed to kiss to keep our cover."
"Yeah, thats exactly what I was going to say," Jake immediately agrees.
"Cool," I reply.
"Yeah," Jake says.

"Seven drink Amy!" Gina shouts.
"Well, it's good to know you guys are still going on but Terry is going to hit the sack," Terry yawns as he heads upstairs.
"I think I'm going to go to sleep as well," Boyle says.

That left Gina, Rosa, Jake and I, Hitchcock and Scully were already upstairs eating cake.

I plopped down onto the couch and watched as Rosa, Gina and Jake try to balance coins on their sides.
"Yesss," Jake cheers as his coin balances.

Jake soon joins me on the couch, "I finally balanced the coin first, I am the best."
"I still like you," I say drunkingly.
"What?" Jake replies wide eyed.
"I still like you," I say bluntly.
"Okay, someone is a little bit too drunk and needs to go to bed. Let's go," Jake answers as he helps me up.

Jake opens the door to the room I was staying in and guides me to my bed.
"Thanks for taking care of me," I say as I pull my shirt over my head.
"And I'm still here," Jake says turning around.
"Good night," I say as I pull the blankets over me.
Jake turns around and replies, "Good Night."
