I groan as I open my eyes which are instantly blinded by the sunlight that floods through the window, I sigh as I get up and close the blinds.
"Too much to drink," I mutter as I make my way to the ensuite bathroom.

I splash my face with some water and quickly peel of my clothes and turn on the shower. I quickly have a cold shower to not feel so hungover, after my shower I quickly get dressed. I decide to wear grey sweatpants and blank tank top.

I make my way downstairs and into the kitchen, I grab an apple and take a bite into it.
"Ew an apple," Jake says entering the kitchen.
"How long has it been since you've had a piece of fruit," I tease.
"I don't know," Jake says as he opens the fridge and grabs some cake.
"You can't be serious, are you about to eat cake for breakfast?" I ask astounded by how unhealthy he is.
"Speaking of things that aren't healthy, you drank so much last night. How much of it do you remember?" Jake asks.
"Not much, I don't even know how I got to bed," I shrug.
"Oh cool," Jake laughs. "How were you awake before me,  I didn't even drink that much last night."
"Because, you normally wake up late, so your early is my super late," I say before biting into my apple again.
"I don't wake up late," Jake argues.
"Yeah you do, you wake 20 minutes until you have to get to work and show up 10 minutes late," I roll my eyes.
"Whatever," Jake rolls his eyes.
"Well, I'm going to go. I have a book to read," I say.
"Actually, can we talk?" Jake asks.
"Yeah, what about?" I ask curiously.
"Can we actually talk about it outside, I don't want people listening in," Jake questioned.
"Sure," I reply. "Let me grab some shoes."

As Jake and I walk along the beach I ask, "So what did you want to talk about."
"Oh, so last night when you were drunk you said something," he begins.
"What did I say?" I ask.
"You said you liked me, multiple times," Jake finished.

I feel my face turn whiter than a sheet of paper, I can't believe I said that.
"Oh, I," I begin but get interrupted.
"It's okay," Jake assures me.
"I'm just super embarrassed," I sigh.
"It's fine, really," Jake reassures me.
"I'm sorry, drunk me is very sma-," I begin but am shortly interrupted by Jakes lips against mine.
