In this urban legend from Mexico, there was a priest who came to a city in Mexico because of its nice hospitality. One night, while he was walking down an alley, he was attacked and killed. The police saw his body and suspected two teenagers, despite little evidence. The teens were hung by the neck and had their hands cut off. On November nights, walking down the alley ,where the priest was killed, will cause two skeletal hands to float above you. Sometimes, you will catch the ghost of the priest before he vanishes.

An old priest was walking in a alley then, two teenagers begin attacking him ending with the priest getting killed. The two teens were punished to death by hanging and they're hands cut off. Them and they're hands were hunged by the same alley the priest was killed in. People were afraid that the people were praying until they're the other side of the alley. The hands were buried but ended up reappearing a few months later. This happened a few more times then the government decides to destroy the alley altogether.
