incoming call from
my dunbabe
( liam briar )

"Hey baby."

"Hey, what are you
up to?"

"I just wanted to hear
your voice."

"Nerves?"

"You know me so well."

"You're going to do great
tomorrow, don't worry about
it, babe."

"I know but it's the biggest
game I'm going to play, probably
ever. Pretty much everybody
in Beacon Hills will be there."

"I know, including the girl who will
be reppin' your number, AKA me,
and you have nothing to worry about.
Your the best player on that field, and
I'm not just saying that because I'm
dating you and I maybe have plans
for celebrating when you win."

"And what might those plans be?"

". . ."

"Briar! You're so dirty!"

"What? You're good in bed."

"I always knew you were using
me for my body."

"I can't believe I've been exposed."

"Okay, Bri, I can hear in your
voice that there's something
you want to say."

"It's just... it's been four months
since the last time we heard from
Asklepios with that instagram
post. I guess I'm just worried."

"I know. I still don't get why
there's been such a long silence.
Maybe he's waiting for something."

"Like what? I mean, why wait? He's
a god."

"Maybe he's waiting for a time
when it's convenient, a way to
get him as much attention as
possible."

"Oh my gods... you mean like a huge
championship lacrosse game? Killing
thousands of people and reanimating
them is sure to create a buzz. There's
not a single event in this town that
generates more attention than this
game, Liam."

"Oh, shit. You're right. I'm
texting the group right now."

"Wait! Liam, wait."

"What? We should tell them!"

"Just think about this real quick.
You guys don't kill people, like Scott
won't and I know if he's here he
won't let anybody kill Asklepios, but
the only way to stop him is to put an
end to him."

"So you're suggesting we don't
tell Scott?"

"Or Kira, Malia, Stiles, and Lydia.
They'll tell Scott."

"Okay... I guess you're right
but how can we even kill an
immortal?"

"I am going to figure that out, leave
it to me."

"How are we going to kill a man
in the middle of a lacrosse game
without being arrested or outed
as supernatural?"

"I met somebody a few years ago, a
witch if you will, I think she can help
us with that."

"This is insane, Bri. We've never
done something like this before."

"I know, babe. You understand why
we have to kill him right? He'll kill
thousands, even millions until he gets
what he wants."

"I know, it's just weird to think
about."

"So I say we text our Beacon Hills
group chat and tell them what's going
down. We're going to need to meet up
and figure out our plan for tomorrow."

"Definitely. I'll text them. Should
we meet at your house?"

"I'm going to go talk to the witch, we
should probably do Isla's. She may or
may not have a small armory."

"Damn, okay. I'll see you later,
baby."

"Bye Liam."

"Bye."
