as we cross the mighty ocean
traveling over the water
tis the beginning of a storm
water starts to fall
the wind makes a crash
the world is dark
nothing but dark
I look down at the unforgiving ocean
a hint of a reflection I see, then crash
come the waves
and the masts fall
this is a terrible storm
what will come of this storm
"when will it leave"? i whisper to the dark
when will the sunlight start to fall
when will the light hit the ocean
when will they calm, these waves
when will my life go on without a crash
the boat tips the world goes crash
nearly taken by the storm
nearly buried beneath the waves
forever swallowed by the ocean
tombstone reading death by stormy ocean
this is not how I shall fall
the sky seems like it may fall
to the ground with a crash
it too should be swallowed by the ocean
the source taken by its own storm
maybe the world will be forever dark
slowly being pulled into, under the waves
no escape from the reins of these powerful waves
empires seem to fall
and galaxies may go dark
all systems go crash
from the torments of a single, simple storm
from the dangerous depths of an ocean.
the world disappears under the ocean's waves
falling from a neverending internal storm
and in a crash you get to choose if it goes dark.
