I began to felt strange and it felt as if I was being pushed back into my own conscious. I could see perfectly fine, but I couldn't move my limbs. Its like I was not in possession of my own body. My mother looked up at me and froze when she saw my eyes.

¨Oh...Hello.¨

¨What is your name, human?¨ My voice sounded strange.

¨Human..?¨

¨Answer me.¨ Eme said in my own voice.

¨Its Odette.¨ She frowned, probably not liking my spirit as much anymore.

¨Whats your name..?¨

¨Its not important. Only my mate and human will know my name.¨

My mother didn't say anything, she just frowned at Eme.

¨Odette, is Rosaline even your child? Your spirit says she's not.¨

I saw my mother froze, but she just laughed at her, seeming to try and calm her own nerves.

¨Thats a ridiculous question! Of course, she is my child!¨

My mom froze, before sighing. She closed her eyes and when she reopened them, her eyes were a greenish brown color. 

¨Tell me, is Rosaline your child, spirit?¨

¨No she is not. My human has been rejected ever since she came in contact with Rosaline¨

¨Because she kidnapped her best friends child because her child had been killed¨

I practically zoned out, I knew that spirits do not tell lies. They either stay quiet or they talk the truth. Spirits get no gain from lying. If they need to lie in a situation, they just change their human's eye color to make it look like they are the one talking, but they truly aren't. I know her spirit isn't trying to hide information because if she was, her heartbeat would be going fast. Plus your spirit and tell if their spirit is there or not. 

After a while, I was pushed back out and Odette and I were staring at each other. I had tears in my eyes as I gazed at her.
