[This is the first date, based on their song Start Over :). ALSO-THIS INCLUDES AN OLDER BROTHER (y/o/b/n), so make one up if you don't have one xD]

You had been getting ready for an hour. Tonight was your date with Blake, and you were so excited. You had spent extra time on your makeup and curled you hair especially. Now, you were getting dressed into a lacy red skater dress with a black belt and black high heels. When you were ready, you texted Blake to say he could come and pick you up and headed downstairs to the kitchen to wait.

Your older brother walked in a couple of minutes later and saw you all dressed up. He was very protective of you and never wanted you getting hurt, so would definitely have to meet Blake before he let you go out with him. "Where you off to, sis?" Y/o/b/n asked. "On a date with Blake," You replied, flipping your hair. "Oh really? I'll have to meet him before you go out. What time does he get here?" He fired questions at you. "5 minutes," You sighed, switching on your phone to check it. It pinged with a message from him. 'meet you there, the restaurant is called Blueprint and it's just outside of town. Sorry for any inconvenience!xx'. "He's not coming, is he?" y/o/b/n said, growing more and more aggravated. "Of course he is, he's just asked me to meet him there. Give me a lift?" You asked hopefully. He nodded and you threw him the keys, putting your phone and purse in your clutch bag and leaving the house.

It took 20 minutes to drive there and when you arrived, your brother gave you loads of warnings. "If he doesn't show up or treats you bad, ring me and he's dead, okay?" He said.
"I know, I know," You got out the car and shut the door.

"Table reserved under Richardson?" You asked the worker and the counter. "Ah, yes, right this way ma'am," he lead you to a booth and told you to sit while you waited for Blake.

It had been 10 minutes and he still hadn't arrived, though you had arrived a little early, so you brushed it off thinking you were paranoid.

20 minutes, 2 bread baskets and 3 coke refills later, Blake walked through the door and was lead to your table. "Y/n! I'm so sorry I'm late. I was getting ready and then the traffic was awful and-"
You cut him off, "Blake, it's okay. I don't mind. Have a seat," you offered him the seat opposite you. He sat down, settling himself, before looking up at you.
"You look nice," He said. You took the compliment and thanked him, even if it wasn't the best.

"Menus," muttered the waitress, putting your menus in front on you both. "I'll be back in just a minute to grab your orders," you smiled at her in gratitude while Blake admired your grin, smirking to himself.

A few minutes later she reappeared, ready to take your orders. You both told her what you'd like and she jotted it down, before Blake leaned across the table to grab your menu from in front of you. His hand collided with the small glass of coke on the edge of your table, and you watched in horror as it tumbled downwards to hit the fabric of your freshly washed dress. "Oh my gosh... I'm so sorry y/n!" He said picking up the glass and coming round the table to help. "No, Blake, it's okay, I'll just head to the bathrooms..." you ran off to the loos with your clutch bag in hand and stood in front of the sink.
Message to y/o/b/n:
Come pick me up please x
Message from y/o/b/n:
On my way sis, wait out front for me please x

You headed back to the table and quickly told Blake that you were leaving. "Look, Blake. I really like you and you're a great guy and all but... may-maybe this isn't for us," you said, feeling oh so mean. "But y/n, I.." "nope, save it Blake, okay? I'll see you at school."
